Tried to place a pick up order with these people and not only did the women on the phone interrupt me she quite literally screamed at me over the phone so loud the person next to me heard it. Absolutely an unprofessional establishment with rude service. It’s always the same service when I go in as well. Highly disappointed and won’t try again.

The food was amazing. We had breakfast and took half of it home there was so much food left over. This is where the locals go so you know the food's good. Yeah it may not be that much to look at but we were not looking for atmosphere we were looking for good food and we got it.

Dirty restaurant

Typical old fashioned diner in every way. Don’t come here expecting anything fancy or special. Bottomless coffee, basic good food. Great for when you need to kill time while waiting for your car in the shop across the street.

I have not eaten is such a filthy restaurant in a long time. Lots of old food bits on the floor, dirty carpet, dusty, I could go on. Coffee was OK; service was good. Coffee refills took prompting on our part. My scrambled eggs were overdone but Rye toast rocked! Husband enjoyed his egg sandwich. We won’t be back.

Went with a group of 8 around lunch time. We called ahead to ask if 8 was ok. The lady on the phone said yes, but we’d have to sit at 2 tables, which we were all fine with. When we got there, we told the waitress at the front that there were 8 of us. She scoffed and rolled her eyes at us. The entire time we were there, she was giving us an attitude which none of us could understand. We were all very respectful, making sure to say please and thank you. I have always felt that no matter how bad a waiter is, to always tip them well since they may just be having a rough day. But this woman was so rude to us, very condescending tone, throwing our food down on the table and showing how irritated/annoyed she was on her face. So much eye rolling. Not to mention the food was not the best. The pumpkin french toast was just regular French toast with a little bit of pumpkin-flavored sauce on top, but not nearly enough. The poutine was not poutine. The mozzarella sticks were just “sticks”- they were all completely hollow. My sandwich made me sick a few bites in. There were also random little black specks floating around in my water. They also charge you a couple extra bucks if you ask for a to-go box, and there were quite a few spelling errors on the menu, which honestly didn’t bother me. It was just very entertaining to read through it. Also, 1/2 of the group got our food a full 20 minutes before the others, and at no point did our waitress come out to let us know or apologize for a delay. She straight-up ignored our group the whole time. I’m hoping this was just one bad experience, as the place was cute, the prices were good, and the other workers seemed very nice.

Ok so we are not from brat and found this restaurant via Google maps. First thing is that the place is not clean at all. Second the wait staff was very flat and did not like to interact with us. Finally the food was a 2 out of 5. The poached eggs were completely cooked through, the hash browns were from Walmart, the biscuits and gravy were over cooked and not home made. Maybe if you are from around here this is it for you and this may be a higher review.

Food looked good in pictures but taste was not up to par. I got the traditional benedict & the hollandaise sauce had a very strong chicken noodle soup flavor (very non traditional in my opinion) a glass of milk had brown/black specs in it. Overall cleanliness of the diner was horrible. Flies & cobwebs everywhere, & it smelt like a nursing home. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND. Extremely over priced for cheap quality food.
