What an amazing experience!!!! We had the most delicious Dosa, and could not believe how fresh everything was!!! We had masala Dosa, “just” Dosa, and Beef Keema Dosa. WOW!!!! Worth the drive!!!
I like to try dosa each time I see it on a menu. This is hands down the best one I've ever had. So crispy and fresh. My fave is the vegan Mysore masala Dosa. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. They even have a kid friendly dosa pancake that is vegan. Try it! Updated from previous review on 2024-09-30
I can say, i have had the best dosa here in the New England area yet, if you are a South Indian or just craving for dosas, The Dosa kitchen Factory is your place to go, usually it’s only open in weekends and during the summers which means no dosas at the place after October, so run as fast as you can to grab your bite. They also offer fusion kombuchas, mango lassi and their own merchandise.

We are hardcore South Indian Dosa fanatics and were amazed to find this place in the middle of nowhere in Vermont. It is like home made dosai and my son the pickiest eater one can find certified it as better than street food we get in India. I tried their carrot kaanji and it was great too . Combination of kombucha and pani.

While you cannot see the food truck from the road, it's well worth the little effort up the hill! Awesome food, people, and outdoor atmosphere. Order anything, it's all amazing.

I've been a dosa fanatic ever since I lived in Toronto in the early 90's and had fabulous ones at Madras Durbar on Gerrard. Ever since I have hunted dosa whenever traveling with mixed results. Living in central VT theres none available nearby. I was excited to hear of a dosa spot in Brattleboro but never was passing through at the right moment to try it. I bought their batter locally but couldn't quite get it right.
Last weekend my band was playing near Brattleboro and we were staying less than a mile from the dosa truck! We went Saturday and I am happy to report its by far the best dosa I've had since my Toronto days. Even better, the friendly chef gave me a full lesson on dosa cooking. We came back for another helping on Sunday and I picked up some batter which I cooked at home with far better results! Lovely folks, fantastic food. It's in an odd location off the beaten path but I highly recommend seeking it out. I'm salivating just writing this.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan.
Dietary restrictions: Menu is 100% gluten free, I think.

Love Dosa Kitchen’s masala dosas at their food truck and their dosa batter! Their masala dosa is rich and flavorful. And I love that their dosa batter is gluten-free and vegan. It makes a wonderful gift for the foodies in your life.

I've eaten my fair share of dosa especially home cooked dosa growing up. This is by far one of the top dosas I've had. They take the time to make quality food and it shows. Definitely worth the stop when visiting southern
