I'm really failing to see how this place has any positive reviews. It's always the same bad drinks, half hour plus in the drive through, half your food is cold and half.Your food is hot when it should all be hot, the wait times inside are insane. People are generally rude that work here too. Its really not hard to make coffee and prepackaged meals.
I ordered 5 drinks for my coworkers and I, and got all the way to work and noticed one of the drinks were messed up. I get it was only one drink, but my coworker was very upset and I’m upset for her. It’s their job to get orders right.

For me if its Dunkin ypu cant go wrong. We had the greatest server, so polite and caring attitude. Who says these days, Is there anything else I can help you with? What a great V attiude he had (Mon, about 1938 hrs, serving the drive thru. Recognize his work please).

Would give less but I cannot. The wait times are disgusting even if you leave early enough to make it to work on time you end up being late. At this rate gas station coffee is better. They need a reliable crew and management who doesn't allow staff to wait longer then 3 minutes. If you want quick and efficient do not go to the dunkins in bratt specially putney road and good luck with your order being right.

My sandwich was wrong, my hashbrowns were ice cold, but thank god the coffee was hot or i'd prolly swerve into oncoming traffic.
