The young guy handling the front was great, friendly and attentive. However the person doing the cooking in the back leaves much to be desired. The way he spoke to the employee out front was demeaning and critical. Definitely will not be back.

Great place and loved the risotto but the added on chicken was a bit dry. Great place overall ! Service was excellent. It was within walking distance from our hotel which made it even better

I ended up in Brattleboro driving rideshare. Took a break and found Echo, Rise and Shine. The breakfast burrito i tried was nothing short of exceptional. Excellent construction and a depth of fresh, strong flavors. Unlike any breakfast burrito I have enjoyed before. Best one! Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed!!

Pretty decent breakfast burrito. And my wife's eggs and sausage were good. Id prefer actual hash browns over tots but it's such a small place I don't blame em for that.

We drove by Echo Rise and Shine on Putney Road in Brattleboro VT on our way to our Hampton hotel less than a minute north on Putney Road on Friday night, May 23, 2025. I saw the sign and rejoiced with hope that I could check it out soon. We received A+ coffee and food and welcome and service. Liam custom made my food according to food restrictions on Monday, May 27 and May 28. I know God put Echo Rise and Shine there just for me. They were not there a year ago in May 2024. We are so blessed! Love you and thank you!
