Great ramen -- full bodied broth, homemade noodles, fresh vegetables, exquisitely baked tofu -- YUM! And such sweet people and a lovely setting.
I had an amazing bowl of ramen here on Saturday. Lovely space, kind people, but the ramen was the star. Will certainly be back, and suggest you give it a try yourself
Their food is really good. Homemade noodles, delicious broth. Perfectly cooked egg. Incredibly friendly and happy to answer questions. If you enjoy ramen you should check them out!

Green Mountain Ramen is a lovely ramen establishment located inside the Heart Rose Club in downtown Brattleboro, VT. It is considered a gem and some of the best ramen in southern Vermont. The food is prepared with meticulous care, served fresh, and is fabulously seasoned and presented. The Tonkotsu ramen broth is not overly salty or oily, with char siu that has a slightly crispy texture. The owners and staff are extremely kind, fantastic, and awesome humans. The establishment is built on communal and neighborly values, making it a heart of the community. It is a great choice for both delicious food and a gathering, with a cozy and comfortable dining space.
