I am so happy we found this place. The ramen is out of this world!!! We chatted with the owners and kitchen staff - friendly, kind, passionate, creative people - they clearly love what they do and put their heart and soul into it. The space is super kid friendly and offers a lot of fun activities while you wait. A local gem!!!
This is a lovely ramen establishment located inside the Heart Rose Club in Brattleboro. I have been ordering from here for a couple of months and this is some of the best Ramen in southern VT. The owner and staff are extremely kind and assure me that they are built on both communal and neighborly values. This place is not only one I want to continue to go to for delicious food, but to support a heart of the community in hopes of watching the establishment and everyone there grow....
My family just celebrated a big shared birthday celebration at the Heart Rose Club on Sunday. Jane and Ken of Green Mountain Ramen were fantastic in providing the phenomenal food and service for our gathering of nearly 25 people. The food was prepared with meticulous care and served fresh and fabulously seasoned and presented. My guests loved the food and the location. We had lots of room to eat and chat comfortably in the dining space, as well as, cozying up in the living...
