Adam makes the atmosphere welcoming and he is very helpful when ordering. The food is absolutely amazing but the drunken noodles are absolutely the best! Love this place!

This restaurant is my go to restaurant! I have celiac and am very particular about where I eat because of reaction etc! The food here is fantastic and delicious and the staff is friendly and I have never had a reaction to any meal! Highly recommend ❤️

3.5 stars but I’ll round it up. American vibes, good Thai flavors. Portions aren’t huge but got the job done. A good quick stop while passing through town

The yellow curry was out of the world and the service is exceptional! Love the place. We ended up coming back twice in our short weekend trip.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. The food is expensive for the quantity you get on the plate. In other words, you'll leave the place hungry. The flavors were good, but it is not really authentic Thai food 😕.

We walked down main street and could confirm this was the most crowded restaurant on a Friday evening. The food was delicious, and it seems they have a unique beer menu. They have minimalistic interior, but neat and clean.
We ordered a masamman curry and it was for the first time I saw it came on noodles and a thick curry, something that looked like pad Thai. Nonetheless, it was delicious and I am not complaining.

Stopped while traveling. Orderd the fried tofu and beef boat noodles. Delicious! Friendly staff and low-key vibe. Didn't know I needed an artisan beer + Thai combo but it slaps.

Amazing place!!! It was savior when we almost gave up on dinner at 8pm in Brattleboro where almost nothing is open past 8, except this place with amazing food and even better company! Definitely check it out.

If you’re not sure what you want to eat or where to go, I 100% recommend High Thai. Every single option on the menu is delicious and perfectly prepared… I’ve devoured all.. something different every time, when I usually land on one favorite.. so good. I’ve tried new things outside my typical palate and all are beyond lovely in masterful preparation. I’ve not once been disappointed in the many times I’ve dined enjoying exploring my tastebuds and appreciating the new flavors. Simple to ask and explain your own needs and likes, and they will guide you properly. ..yet repeating, there’s beautiful ambiance and flavor you could not repeat elsewhere. High Thai is a one of a kind cozy atmosphere that welcomes all and even places flowers on the table when can in the heart of Brattleboro. You will not be disappointed, I assure you, and be close to any and all else you may be seeking to do. The Absolute Best establishment I’ve ever enjoyed relaxing in nourishing my body and taking a breath. High Thai is a Must Experience!

Right off/on Main St is this sweet gem of a restaurant. Nice vaulted main dining area with large windows showcasing a little flowered square and downtown Brattleboro. At the counter taking meal orders is the creator/owner Adam. He is cordial, polite and very welcoming. I ordered the High Thai Wings, Green Curry and a Thai Iced Tea. The tea was excellent, good balanced flavor without being too sweet or bitter. The wings were phenomenal, very crispy with juicy tenderness inside. The sauce on the wings a perfect blend of sweet and sour with a little heat on the back end. It had a little side of pickled celery and carrots slightly sweet, vinegary a perfect accoutrement to the wings. Now, when I go to a Thai restaurant I always get the green curry. I feel that that the taste and quality of that specific dish determines how good the rest of the food will be. It was out of this world. The freshness of the vegetables the flavor and consistency of the sauce, if I only had one word to sum it up. Stellar! I know Google only does a 5 star rating but I give it an 11 out of 10. Because this one goes to 11. If you’re ever in Brattleboro, Vermont, do your taste buds a favor and definitely check out this amazing place. And tell them Bobby Sunshine sent you.

The overall menu is small, but there is a decent percentage of vegan options. It's a "pay first at the counter with your order, get your water and utensils," but the staff brings the food to the table. It's a great place to unwind with friends over well-made food, less so for a romantic meal. Updated from previous review on 2025-08-17

Best pad Thai I've had in a long long time. And the chive bites are a MUST.
