I ordered a meal and got to the register, they told me they didn’t have the items. There was an old guy with glasses who gave me a nasty look when I asked to order something else. There were no cars behind me and they asked me to pull up. They had several items missing.
The manager its a great guy, the food is incredible. Very good place to be.

We had a coupon that apparently they couldn't honor at the store it was for 14 piece chicken meal with two large sides but apparently they don't have a 14 piece meal at this location
The guy working the register gave us his employee discount and a free drink to make up for it

My chicken wasn't good I feel like I was robbed i got the family meal chicken tenders and they tasted old and my biscuits were crushed and the bag they gave me the food in was ripped becouse they dumped gravy all over im very angry I spent almost 50 dollars I want a refund

I visited this KFC location yesterday and had a very disappointing experience.
I ordered five combo meals but initially received only four items—two of which were the wrong type of chicken. When I asked about the missing item, I had to wait about 10 minutes before they gave me another piece. By the time we received all five meals, we noticed that none of them included the bread that was supposed to come with the combo. We also never received the drink for the fifth combo.
I went to the cashier to ask for the missing items, but the staff were all focused on drive-thru orders. One of them, wearing a headset, told me, “We don’t have time to come over there.” When I tried to explain that my order was incomplete and incorrect, no one responded or came to help. They completely ignored me. The attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional.
The poor service, lack of accountability, and disrespect made this one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’m seriously reconsidering going to KFC at all in the future.

In town on vacation. Food was fine, people were nice and polite.
Problems: seemed understaffed. I'm assuming they want people to use the kiosk. I understand why but for people like my elderly parents, it doesn't work as well. We waited several minutes to be acknowledged. There was no one inside but our group. Items near fountain drinks was not stocked well.
Otherwise, nice visit.
