Just your typical McDonald’s located in Brattleboro Vermont. Plenty of parking outside with drive-through had bathrooms and his handicap accessible. The inside was packed with people look like families had come there on Sunday together. The food came out in a pretty decent time and was cook cooked like normally would be cooked. Check out my order number

Shouldnt have to ask for hot fries any time really but always do and still have to check bc the employees act like it's coming out of their pocket. Especially going thru the drive thru bc the food most likely will be sitting a few mins until the customer gets to their destination. Just give us hot fries please. Nobody wants the burnt hard fries or the soggy cold fries.

Anytime we have visited this McDonald's fast food restaurant, we have been pleased. Orders are mostly accurate but if there ever is a problem, the Staff have been very accommodating to correct it with a smile and an apology. That said, I can't remember the last time there was an error. Staff at the register are polite and helpful and the service is fast. When we eat in, it is always nice to see a smile on the servers, and when we let them know we appreciate the service, they respond with You're Welcome or Enjoy your meal. The manager coaches and guides their workers and keeps things running smoothly even when demand is high. Compared to other stores nearby, in another state, we always choose this store, hands down.

Twilight Star

I just had the worst experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a QP with NO PICKLE. She rang it up as ONLY PICKLE and I had to correct her. I pulled up and paid at the 1st window to a very sweet woman. And upon getting to the second window, the woman that took my order rudely shouted “please pull over to spot two” and I said “where?” As I have never been to this location before. And she then said louder “spot two!!” And pointed off to the side and gave me a nasty look. She saw the discontent in my face as I was just asking where that might be. And then I get my food after waiting for 10 minutes, and it has 3 pickles on it!! Feels like she gave me the wrong food out of spite. She was rude the entire time and your company is better off without her.

Pretty typical for a McDonald's. Drive thru looked like it had a line so I went inside instead and ordered through the touch screen kiosk. The kiosk was a little confusing but if we were used to using it, it would be easier. We got some cheeseburgers which were decent for a McDonalds. Quality is pretty normal for a McDonald's, nothing special.
