The Hawaiian Fried Rice was extremely delicious. I added chicken but it's filling even without meat. My partner got the Ginger chicken and loved it. Highly recommend anything from here!

It is the cuisine with authentic thai flavor and the best service you can find in the area, especially during the week, thank you very much!

I wanted to go for a motorcycle ride on a rare 60 degree day in November. I picked Brattleboro as a destination and decided to eat here after spotting it on Google maps. 71 miles to get there, and I'm glad I went. The food was very good, with a lot of choices on the menu. I like hot spicy food, and their food can be ordered with a heat level of 1 to 10. I ordered mine at 8 and found it to be spicy. It didn't leave a burn in my throat but it did make my nose run. For me personally, I would order a 10 heat level in the future. Dining is take out or they have some picnic tables. It's amazing that they have the menu of a brick and mortar restaurant but they're working in a food truck. I spent $18 for lunch, which for Thai food would be an average price. This is way better than the average Chinese food takeout and worth the extra cost. If your in the area and looking for something to eat, this is a great option.

Stopped by for a quick lunch on our drive home. Located just off I-91 in Brattleboro. We had the drunken noodles and basil chicken. Both were excellent. We ordered spice level 5 and it was perfect for us-little kick but didn't over power the flavors. Fresh crisp veggies, tender chicken and great taste. Would recommend highly.

Food was great, staff was kind, food was fairly quick. Not much shade to chill and relax while eating but that was my only complaint.

This is hands down some of the best Thai food we’ve ever had. The pad Thai and basil chicken were perfectly seasoned, and everything was so fresh and light. We will absolutely be coming back!
