I stopped by Good Works Coffee House while visiting from Massachusetts, and while the coffee itself was excellent, the overall experience was a bit mixed.
The first thing that really threw me off was the bathroom setup. You need a door code to enter, which is fine in theory, but even though I locked it from the inside, someone else with the same code still walked in while I was using it. That was really uncomfortable and not okay, and it took away from the experience.

We have mixed feelings on this place. Several things were great like the size of the cafe and the menu options. However, we had a service issue. When waiting for food and drinks, our names were called when the food was ready but not the drinks. Myself and 2 other customers stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for drinks. Numerous drinks were placed on the counter but they weren't marked nor did the person putting them there say anything. We can't just grab random...
