I eat here almost weekly when I’m in town. Sometimes twice! That adds up to dozens of meals over the years. I love this food BUT I have one complaint: the brown rice is almost always under cooked, still crunchy. Every now and then the rice is soft and perfect, and let me tell you how lovely that is. So lovely that I hope for it each time. And 7 times out of 10 I am met with crunchy rice. Two days ago the rice in my burrito bowl was perfect. I had hopes for today’s exact same...
These are some of the best Tacos I've had since visiting Los Angeles years ago. I think their prices are pretty fair for what you get and you get quite a bit. I tried the steak and shredded pork and they were both amazing. All the toppings were very fresh. My partner got a burrito that looked absolutely amazing and he wouldn't stop raving about. The next time I want a nice lunch and am in Brattleboro, I'll make sure to stop by.

We sat outside at picnic tables to eat, which was lovely. Unfortunately, the restaurant is next to a busy road, so it was a little noisy, but the breeze and the shade were nice.
The service was great and fast. We were in and out in under 30 minutes, including eating.
