I was around when this company had photographers in front of their cafe'. They had very poor customer service and created a horrible atmosphere for their patrons. I would not recommend dining at such an unprofessional, ignorant establishment. Thumbs down

I’m a local and I’d skip and go eat elsewhere. We stopped by with a friend and the man serving us seemed very uninterested in his job or at least being pleasant. My friend from NYC said with that kind of customer service this place would go out of business in a heartbeat over there. Also, a cup of mocha latte is $7!!! No, it didn’t come with any gold shavings. Seven dollars??? Who are you catering to?

Unbelievably hostile service. We went for a birthday brunch. We were in a great mood to try this new place on July 6, 2025. Whoever the waiter was...we really wish you well...not to sound sarcastic, but really....to counter-act the shock of being spoken to so disrespectfully, we tried to imagine what was going on with you. The anger shooting out of your eyes, the rude things you said, the violence of your language- we can only hope that it is not your regular personality, but that you were going through some kind of crisis and were stressed to the point of explosion. We will never be back, if you are still the waiter. Even if the food was good...we are only giving one star. Are you sure you should be in a public service job?

I took my son out to lunch for his birthday, we wanted to try something different and for Brattleboro this is different! The food was fabulous; we had crab cakes & zucchini fritters for starters and he had the curry wrap and me the lamb wrap for entree's. I was truly impressed with the food and I feel like we know good food. I ordered a diet coke which they did not have, the gentleman showed me the two sugar free drink selections and I chose the cucumber mint soda. I watched him behind the bar taking the skin off of the cucumber in spiral strands adding to club soda with fresh mint....so good and something I never would have thought to make. Can't wait to go back to try the rest of the menu!
