Whenever we visit Brattleboro, we make sure we get to eat at Vegan AF at least once! This place is truly some of the best food, let alone vegan food in all of Southern Vermont.Everything on the menu is delicious, incredibly fresh, and seasoned to perfection. Truly, it doesn’t matter if you are vegan or not, these meals are literally so good that it transcends all types of foods.Their drinks are also super unique and reasonably priced. The service is friendly, kind and efficient. Very queer friendly too. Literally, what more can you ask for?
Not vegan, this is still my fave restaurant in VT. So yummy. Awesome vibe, cozy indoor dining, adorable cozy patio, amazing friendly service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The food here is incredible, I’m vegan and my partner isn’t, and we were raving about it all night. The staff is really friendly, even on a night when they were slammed, and the atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. Lots of gluten free options!Dietary restrictions: Lots of clearly marked gluten free options. The entire menu is vegan of course.

Get over yourself and get here for some truly tasty food, and feel morally superior for not hurting animals to do so!Pierogis on special the night we came were spectacular. Everything we had was perfectly balanced.Nikki one of the owners and chef was also our server that night, and while she was busy, we were well taken care of.Go already!

Ordered takeout tonight, paid $70 total with tip and got cold food (I get it, it’s 8am I don’t expect it to be right out the pan but come on) the food was exceptional but it would have tasted better warm. It seemed microwaved and just thrown in the boxes.

What. A. Place. Our favorite restaurant in southern Vermont. Every single thing we've had from them (and we've sampled widely) has been delicious. I would say it's kind of like classy soul food from a variety of cuisines that also happens to be 100% vegan. Really well-balanced meals and menu. Clearly a talented chef behind it. The staff are the friendliest, most welcoming people and that plus the coziness of the space and the decor create a really special ambiance. Great drink selection too, including the awesome pussytails. And an awesome outdoor patio. We do takeout, we go in person whenever we can, we just love this place.Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly.
