I used a card there on Sunday and the transaction was finalized on Tuesday. It is now Friday and the pending transaction still has not been taken off. Apparently double charging their customers is commonplace. This is the second time they have done this to me. I won’t be going back.
I have been eating at VIP my whole life, since Stella was still with us, and I recommend it all the time. Tonight completely changed my opinion. It wasn’t just that a pizza in our order was completely not made, it was how I was treated when I brought it to their attention. I was treated as if I did something wrong. We took the refund for that pizza over waiting another 20 mins for it to be made while the rest of our food got cold. Then we get home to eat the Mediterranean pizza...read full review
