They are always super nice. We have gotten our deliveries wrong a few times. The food is great and they always fix the mistakes.

We were physically ill for two days after eating a special pizza. Daughter had the spaghetti and meatballs and didn't get sick. We only ate there that day. And it was the only thing different we did. Sooo.

Vermont Inn Pizza: Wonderful gyros affordably priced; helpful, customer-oriented staff, very convenient location. Their takeout boxes are recyclable, which I really appreciate. Five stars all around.

Ordered 2 family size pizzas (18"), as shown in photos. Tasted great. Ample parking on side of building. Areas were very clean. Order at counter, pick up food at counter, and clean up after yourself. Staff was very friendly; menu had variety of pizza and sandwich options.

Ordered a Large 14" pie to go. Service was quick. The pizza was very good. I guess VIP make their pizza well done. Which I don't mind. But being from Jersey, I like to see white for my mozzarella. I have looked at some of the other reviews with a photo of their pie and it looks the same as what I got. Looks like old style pizza. Even though the pizza looks well done, the pie crush was soft and crunchy!

We order delivery from them often. They do a great job. I think it's petty that they add a service charge for using a credit card or things like adding mayo or onions to a sandwich, but that's the only bad thing I have to say.

My experience with Vermont Inn Pizza was, unfortunately, one of the worst I've had in recent memory. From start to finish, the encounter left a sour taste in my mouth, figuratively and literally.Let's begin with the customer service – it was shockingly rude. From the moment I placed my order to addressing the issues that ensued, the staff's attitude was far from accommodating. It felt as though my concerns were met with dismissive responses and a complete lack of empathy. The real disappointment came when my order finally arrived, only to discover that it was incomplete. Several items were missing, turning what should have been a satisfying meal into a frustrating ordeal. Naturally, I reached out to the establishment, hoping for a swift resolution. However, my attempts at finding a solution were met with resistance. Despite clearly pointing out the missing items and providing evidence, the staff refused to acknowledge their mistake. To add insult to injury, they adamantly refused to issue a refund or make any effort to rectify the situation. This lack of accountability was truly disheartening. What pushed me over the edge was their unprofessional conduct during our conversation. When I persisted in seeking a resolution, the staff went so far as to hang up on me. Such a blatant disregard for customer concerns and basic courtesy was both shocking and disappointing. In summary, Vermont Inn Pizza not only failed to meet basic standards of customer service but also demonstrated a complete lack of integrity in handling mistakes. A dining experience should be enjoyable, but this was nothing short of a letdown. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a pleasant meal or reasonable customer service.

Decent food but terrible service. I was overcharged for my grinder but when I pointed it out, they said I was charged extra for veggies. I accepted the answer but was still skeptical so I looked it up online and saw that the veggies were included. So she lied. Then I called to speak to the manager and was never spoken to so rudely in my life. I had been a customer for 20 or 30 years but he didn’t care. Laughed and said they didn’t need my business. Why not just be nice and fix the situation? Needless to say I don’t go there anymore

Honestly the best Pizza in Brattleboro.

This was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Barely any flavor, undercooked and doughy. The ingredients slid off the pizza after every bite.Very tired atmosphere. Old carpet, dated chairs and tables, bad lighting, and there was a musty smell lingering in the air.Won't be returning.

I've been coming to VIP my entire life. Up until recently, it has been my favorite local pizza place. The last few times we've been there the pizza has had an odd, sweet yet trash-like flavor to it. Tonight was the final straw for us. We bought $60 worth of grinders that were essentially inedible. The bacon on the BLT's was not even really bacon. It was a thick, greasy, very unappetizing piece of gristle. We couldn't chew it, and once we realized what it was we were disgusted. So disappointing. We essentially paid a ridiculous amount of money for tomato and lettuce sandwiches, since that's the only part we ate. After decades of being loyal customers, we will no longer be dining here. I recommend House of Pizza across the street, where the ingredients are fresh and the food tastes good!
