I was denied service by Jennifer Morrison because I asked for my food to be off the fryer and extra crispy, and she told me I was being difficult and talking down to her and told me she was gonna call the cops on me and told me to leave. It’s unfortunate because I’m a frequent Wendy’s flyer, I really hope they do something about this as I’ve never had an issue going Location

This restaurant was so clean, including the restrooms, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff were friendly, helpful and prompt. Our food came out very quickly and our orders were perfectly prepared. I was really impressed at the overall experience.

I brought my disabled cousin in a wheelchair into Wendy’s to have a nice evening bite to eat,A manager named Jennifer Morrison Miss took my disabled cousin as being rude and declined to serve us food. I tried to explain that he was disabled and she wasn’t having it, and she threatened to call the police on us and kicked us out of the store. So I proceeded to push my cousin out and almost slipped in the icy parking lot.

Was talked down to and refused service because I didn’t let them know I wanted a strawberry lemonade manager Jennifer Morrison belittled me and made me feel very small and a big room when I asked aren’t you supposed to ask me what I want to drink she said no you’re being difficult and then declined my service and wouldn’t serve me food. Don’t think this is the kind of atmosphere corporate would want having at this location

So a few workers from wendys were harrasing me over at the dunkin doughnuts parking area and Burping through the drive Through intercom/drive through window and making woop sounds through drive through window. A female and two male workers last evening took a gun out of there vehicle and I have them clocking the gun at me and telling me come over here we will take care of this right now. Then the wendys manager along with the hourly workers called police lied to police. And had me trespassed off the property for no reason . Charges are being pressed so I would quit while you can.

Customer service was very rude to me and my fiance. We tried going into the lobby at 9:15 am. They are supposed to be unlocked by 9. We go through the drive thru to try to the DoorDash. They tell us the lobby is open and doors are unlocked after we already tried opening the door. We went to the other door and it was again locked. They unlock it and complain that the other door was unlocked. The door we previously tried getting into. Neither door was unlocked they only unlocked that door when we mentioned it was locked but both had been locked after 9 am. Gave us a lot of attitude and disrespect. Told us to take it and leave. I rather not have to go back there for any reasons. All 5 workers were just watching and listening doing nothing.
