A new high bar set for my cycling adventures. Always searching out
the best breakfast/ coffee/ bake goods in an area while cycling, this place hit a home run. Super nice people, a good vibe, and a great menu that delivers. I’ve cycled many parts of the country, and the Minifactory is now at the top of my list.

A very relaxed spot with beautiful bright decor. The food was some of the best I’ve ever eaten in Vt ( and I’ve lived here for forty years). Even their egg salad on milk bread blew my mind. It took a while to get my food, but it was well worth the wait.
