During our visit to Vermont, we opted for a quick bite at a bustling gastropub on a Wednesday night. Despite a brief wait for a greeting, we were promptly seated, and our waitress arrived shortly after. For drinks I decided on a Vermont IPA, the Upper Pass Cloud Drop was a delightful choice - juicy and flavorful without excessive bitterness. The blackberry bourbon smash proved refreshing and delicious. For appetizers, the calamari with sun-dried tomatoes, pepperoncini, Kalamata olives, and balsamic drizzle blended well, creating a mouthwatering experience. While the calamari had fewer portions, the buffalo wings were tender and juicy, though lacking in distinct flavor. My partner's pub burger, cooked medium with bacon and cheese, was perfectly done but somewhat lacking in overall taste. The fries were decent. Choosing the kingdom salad without bacon was a flavorful decision, with crisp lettuce, crunchy textures, and perfectly cut dates. The attentive waitress and pleasant atmosphere enhanced the overall dining experience.

WOW! My boyfriend and I went in second time as we were in the area. We ordered the Pork Belly app, Fried Pickles and Pot Stickers. For dinner we had the Meatloaf and Burger. Everything was spectacular, and that is not exaggerated. The lady who was waiting on us was extremely pleasant and gracious, and the atmosphere was lovely as well. Will definitely return when back in Burke. Keep up the good work guys!!! We love your place <3

Went for Father in Laws 89th Birthday and they even brought him Lemon cake with a candle! Food was excellent. Of course the fish & Chips were over the top.

Our go to place when we visit every year.Fish and chips are the bomb! I wish they did a better job of posting there open times during the week. The times on web don't match up with when the doors are actually opened. A little notice on the front door would be convenient for someone visiting for a weeks worth of MTbing.

I received a call yesterday afternoon telling me that my reservation for 22 for THIS Saturday was cancelled. No option to do a limited take menu or even take out….so disappointing that a)such short notice was given and b) no possible solution was offered, besides driving to St Johnsbury for dinner. This would have been the 3rd year we’ve gone here, but apparently 2022 was our last year. Highly disappointing customer service!

We had a large party that kind of trickled in over an hour or so - the waitstaff was patient and got everything we needed.The drinks were good and the food was delicious - I highly recommend the fried pickle spears!
