This restaurant has been our favorite for 20 years! We go several times a year and have never, ever had a bad experience. The staff is so knowledgeable and top notch. The food is superb (especially the sesame chicken dumplings and dry fried green beans…..and the cauliflower….and the lemon shrimp…..and if there’s any fish specials….)
We had the tangerine chicken, chicken pad Thai, potato dumplings & veggie dumplings in chili oil! Everything was very good - huge portions meant for more than one person. Everything comes to you on a lazy Susan type of thing and things just come out as they’re ready. Very fresh!
Staff was attentive and helpful, very friendly.
The turtle cheesecake is a must!

Four of us enjoyed the Chef's tasting menu (carnivorous version) last weekend - it was fantastic! And removed the challenge of picking options off of the menu ourselves and leaving that to the chef! Our table was ready and waiting for us when we arrived, and the staff all were very attentive and very friendly. A Single Pebble is still one of the best restaurants in town, IMO.
