“What a fantastic experience. The staff were fabulous and the food was delicious. Be sure to get their Parker House rolls. The wine menu was extensive and bar staff were helpful with selections. If you are staying at Hotel Vermont, it is right next door. Highly recommend for dinner and drinks.”

I saw cabbage on the menu in two spots, I knew I had to try one. I got the side with garlic sauce - it was transformed into something else entirely. It should be illegal what happens to cabbage here! Over all - a wonderful and refreshingly surprising adventure with taste, texture and flavor combos. I will be back!”

The pizza is consistently delicious, with fresh ingredients, great crust, and plenty of options whether you're keeping it simple or trying something more creative. It's the kind of pizza that's easy to share with a table but also easy to accidentally eat more of than you planned.

The brewery side adds a lot to the experience as well. Whether you're stopping in for a beer, dinner, or both, the atmosphere feels lively, welcoming, and relaxed. There's always a good energy without feeling overwhelming.

One thing I really enjoy is that the space feels unique. It has character, feels local, and stands out from a typical pizza restaurant. It's a great place to meet friends, grab a casual dinner, or spend an evening in Burlington.

Overall, American Flatbread & Mothership Brewery offers great food, great drinks, and a great atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.”

The nachos for sharing were very good! My companions had them previously and recommended them. A hit!

The falafel pita could really use more tzatziki sauce. A generous smear would have been great, it was barely there. I would have asked for more, my order was to go so unknown until later.

The Wizard's Grain Bowl was ordered by a family member and looked pretty generous and amazing.
That will be on my next visit.

The manager and staff arrived at work early to make it happen and would not accept a fee for delivery. They went beyond their duties and provided a marvelous meal for our friends. “I've been coming to this brewery for a few years now, and I just adore the place! It has a comfortable atmosphere, never too crowded nor too sparse, and the crew working there are always a pleasure to chat with. Plus, they have great taste in music selection (for me, at least!), so the vibe is just right. And of course the beers are A+, great selection with enjoyable mainstays and interesting rotations. I personally love the Wolfhand, it's an easy-to-drink, lower ABV brew that tastes clean on tap or in cans. They also have events each month, like trivia, yoga, and even a knitting night!”

“My spouse and I order meals from Belleville Bakery at least twice a month. Shelley’s meals, including sandwiches, are unique and delicious, full of flavor. Her pastries and baked goods are exceptional. Sooooooo yummy! A few months ago, Shelley started offering Saturday brunch at the bakery: “bring friends and meet new people.” I’ve been curious about the brunch since its inception, so when Shelley announced a brunch in late September, I decided I’d celebrate my 76th birthday at Belleville. I was lucky enough to snag all ten reservations. I, my spouse, and eight of my very good friends enjoyed a glorious brunch at Belleville Bakery. We loved every bite of every dish on the brunch menu—not one flaw. Shelley is a superb chef and baker. She’s gracious and welcoming. We felt comfortable and at home. Thank you, Shelley, for one of the best birthday celebrations EVER! My birthday cake was beautiful. We had a wonderful morning. Thanks so much, Shelley and staff, for a memorable meal and morning. super tasty egg (yes, a good fresh egg has a taste), crispy bacon, real cheese, and for my choice, a fresh bagel all just right is joy. The friendliness and industrious staff too it off. This is a special place.”

“We have been coming here since 1986 when it was a tiny spot that let us teenagers sit and drink coffee all day. They are one of Burlington’s oldest and most loved restaurants, known for their early bird Bistro dinner that serves French classics like Beef Bourgignon, Steak Frites and even gluten free Cavatappi Carbonara. Tonight it was snowing hard and the restaurant was still full and the service was terrific. It’s our go-to place for the last 35 years and I’m grateful they are still around.”

“I’ve never craved a specific dish that is worth writing a review on but you have to understand. Burlington VT is about 2 hours away from me but when I’m desperate, I am willing to make the drive JUST for a bowl of chicken shoyu and gyoza dumplings with lemon water. The lemon water has the perfect ice to water ratio with the perfectly sliced lemon wedge on the edge of the cup. The gyoza dumplings? It’s ALWAYS at the perfect temperature and the dipping sauce? It’s amazing I don’t even know what it is but I could drink it, it’s that good. Let me write you an essay on the chicken shoyu ramen dish.. for starters the bowl is huge, I find the portion to be well worth the money. There’s the perfect amount of broth to complement the noodles very nicely. The toppings? It’s placed on top to perfection, I always ask for extra mushrooms, corn and I always ask to make it spicy because what’s a good bowl of ramen if your nose isn’t running? I absolutely love mixing the egg in the soup and chewing on the onion and just enjoying everything I’m inhaling. This place is 10000%% a hidden gem and I’m so thankful this girl at the mall recommended this place to me when I asked if there was any good spots to eat at. This IS the spot, this is the place you want to be at. This place is worth the drive from NY!! coming from someone who’s afraid of driving in their 2WRD car especially in the winter. The minute I have my days off you know where to find me because it’s been a long awaited 6 months without my bowl of ramen and the cravings are driving me insane enough to write a review. Please just try it out if you are considering this place, it’s so worth it!! You’ll soon catch yourself writing a review explaining how much you love this place like me🤗”

“Fish and chips here is delicious and huge portions. Big filet of fish, lightly battered, you couldn't beat it in many other places. Their fries are also pretty great. Had a Caesar salad as replacement too which was tasty. The server was super chill. He gave some suggestions/advice on what food to get which was helpful.”

Currently fixated on the samosa, and samosa chaat, the veggie pakora, and chicken chow mein, but they've got an impressive variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian curries too. “We went the day after Thanksgiving (I know I’m slow to post) and it was packed. Plenty of take out orders and others waiting for somewhat limited seating. Good sign when a restaurant is packed! It has a good vibe with nice decor and murals. For myself, with food allergies, I was impressed that they were able to accommodate my gluten intolerance and other food issues. I’m quite picky and I loved the food. I had the chicken, sorry I don’t remember the name of it. Staff is all friendly and helpful, and the owner came by personally to make sure we were being well served. We will definitely eat there again and bring our friends with us each time we return to visit the area. Go early or be prepared to wait for seating or take it to go. I had to be a tourist and get a Wise Fool tshirt. Definite A+ from this picky food snob! My son bought so I don’t know what was spent.”
