“Disappointed. The food was mediocre and a little pricey. Husband and son had the steak burger which was small and not very well seasoned. Wait staff was very nice. Ambiance is pleasant.“

“What a fantastic experience. The staff were fabulous and the food was delicious. Be sure to get their Parker House rolls. The wine menu was extensive and bar staff were helpful with selections. If you are staying at Hotel Vermont, it is right next door. Highly recommend for dinner and drinks.“

“We had the mobile pizza oven, antipasti boards, appetizers and dessert served at our wedding this fall.

Sara was professional, responsive and easy to work with. She ensured that all our requests were heard and accounted for. She answered all of our many questions promptly and thoroughly throughout the year leading up to the wedding.

At the wedding, the food was delicious: our gluten free and vegan guests were very happy, and the buffet ran smoothly without any wait for our hungry guests.

“Honey Road isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience. We didn’t have a reservation, but stopped by as soon as they opened and hit it lucky. The food was amazing, service was incredible, the staff took time to answer our questions and the atmosphere was lovely.“

“WONDERFUL!! We just had a surprise birthday party for our son at BBC. We worked with Ian Greenfield who made everything so easy! They were excellent with their communication and accommodations. I had several last-minute changes, and Ian was gracious with every change. I would not hesitate to hold another event there in the future. Food was excellent, atmosphere (we had 1/2 of the Helios room) was perfect, and Luke (the person assigned to serve us) was so attentive and provided outstanding service.

“This is definitely the BPOE. Best Pizza On Earth. Our server Orson was a real friendly feller. I got the Power to the People Pizza and more than loved it. Eating here was ecstasy. Buffalo sauce drenched chicken jumbled with tomato sauce and blue cheese, and a delicious crust, dipped in zesty ranch. Heavenly.“

“This review is long overdue. Visited the last week of June. We stopped into Burlington Bay while trying to escape a surprise downpour and I’m glad we did!

We only had a few minutes, so we ordered fries, and WOW… the portion was huge! They were delicious, and the team was friendly. Definitely a great spot to grab lunch if you’re in downtown Burlington.

“I had an extremely delicious Reuben. It was made fresh and the staff are extremely knowledgeable on veg/vegan. The seitan and cheese were made in-house and you can tell. The seitan was the best texture I’ve ever had it! The salad/hot bar opens around 11/11:30a so I was a little early for it, but I hope to try it while I’m here. Top notch mango lassi. Mango and yogurt combination was top tier.
Chicken Korma was less on the sweetness, different than our local place back home, but I actually prefer the one here. Flavor was wonderful and hit all the rights spots.
Tandoori chicken was a huge portion and we ended up taking home leftovers enough to be another meal!

“This place REALLY threw me for a loop… walking there I was expecting a quickie bite.. not an amazing dinner meal that even my picky husband enjoyed!

The vibe definitely did not match the level of culinary skills in the food. We got chive pancakes, they were chewy crispy and savory - perfect appetizer!

Two Asahi’s to complement our entrees:
crying tiger fried rice, the sirloin was marinated to PERFECTION! Best I’ve EVER had.
Duck Penang was an entire duck leg in a creamy delicious curry sauce with pineapples and tomatoes. So mouthwatering thinking about it now..

Staff was soooo young but SUPER hospitable and lovely! Luckily we’re not locals otherwise it’d be a weekly meal here for us!“

I'm so glad we did- We sat at the bar and had a glass of wine and a beer, we split two appetizers and biryani, everything was delicious, and quick. “We have been coming here since 1986 when it was a tiny spot that let us teenagers sit and drink coffee all day. They are one of Burlington’s oldest and most loved restaurants, known for their early bird Bistro dinner that serves French classics like Beef Bourgignon, Steak Frites and even gluten free Cavatappi Carbonara. Tonight it was snowing hard and the restaurant was still full and the service was terrific. It’s our go-to place for the last 35 years and I’m grateful they are still around.“

We chose to sit inside, as the day was blazing hot. I ordered the fish tacos, which were delicious. They only had two alcoholic drink options: Corona and their cocktail of the day. The food is superb (especially the sesame chicken dumplings and dry fried green beans…..and the cauliflower….and the lemon shrimp…..and if there’s any fish specials….)“

“I’ve only been here for their brunch. One of best brunches in New York City. The food is amazing. You get a few small plates before your entree. You also get a dessert as well. If you want to do bottomless they also have that as an option, and their drink options are amazing. Definitely planning on coming back here.“
