We were hungry, and every restaurant we looked at had an hour a half to two hour wait list (first time visiting Burlington). We walked by Liguras, and it was not super busy. First time visiting Vermont and I was craving some Indian food. The food from this restaurant satisfied my cravings!! I appreciate the staff asking if I wanted “Indian spicy or American spicy” (of course I said Indian spicy cuz I’m from India).I got the chicken vindaloo, chicken biryani and chicken steamed momo. The portions were good and the spicy level and flavors were perfect. Everything was just amazing and I will be thinking about the meal.

I’ve had many different dishes here, all have been excellent. My favorites are the hot garlic chicken (appetizer) and the paneer tika masala (main). The roti is very good. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and very convenient location with surrounding attractions.
