“We had the mobile pizza oven, antipasti boards, appetizers and dessert served at our wedding this fall.

Sara was professional, responsive and easy to work with. She ensured that all our requests were heard and accounted for. She answered all of our many questions promptly and thoroughly throughout the year leading up to the wedding.

At the wedding, the food was delicious: our gluten free and vegan guests were very happy, and the buffet ran smoothly without any wait for our hungry guests.

“This is definitely the BPOE. Best Pizza On Earth. Our server Orson was a real friendly feller. I got the Power to the People Pizza and more than loved it. Eating here was ecstasy. Buffalo sauce drenched chicken jumbled with tomato sauce and blue cheese, and a delicious crust, dipped in zesty ranch. Heavenly.“

“We have a friend that is seriously ill and we wanted a very special meal for he and his wife prepared and delivered to their home. The manager and staff arrived at work early to make it happen and would not accept a fee for delivery. They went beyond their duties and provided a marvelous meal for our friends. What beautiful hearts and souls they have. We thank you all so very much for your great meals and service.“

“I had an extremely delicious Reuben. It was made fresh and the staff are extremely knowledgeable on veg/vegan. The seitan and cheese were made in-house and you can tell. The seitan was the best texture I’ve ever had it! The salad/hot bar opens around 11/11:30a so I was a little early for it, but I hope to try it while I’m here. “My spouse and I order meals from Belleville Bakery at least twice a month. Shelley’s meals, including sandwiches, are unique and delicious, full of flavor. Her pastries and baked goods are exceptional. Sooooooo yummy! A few months ago, Shelley started offering Saturday brunch at the bakery: “bring friends and meet new people.” I’ve been curious about the brunch since its inception, so when Shelley announced a brunch in late September, I decided I’d celebrate my 76th birthday at Belleville. I was lucky enough to snag all ten reservations. I, my spouse, and eight of my very good friends enjoyed a glorious brunch at Belleville Bakery. We loved every bite of every dish on the brunch menu—not one flaw. Shelley is a superb chef and baker. She’s gracious and welcoming. We felt comfortable and at home. Thank you, Shelley, for one of the best birthday celebrations EVER! My birthday cake was beautiful. We had a wonderful morning. Thanks so much, Shelley and staff, for a memorable meal and morning. The atmosphere is spectacular, the staff went above and beyond and of course the food was unbelievably splendid. I’m genuinely thinking about moving to Vermont just so I can eat here more often-! “I’ve been to EB Strongs a number of time and the food is always good. But I will say the reason I’m leaving a review tonight is the service was especially great. I just decided to to sit at the bar tonight and the bartenders Renee and James were great!“

“We have been coming here since 1986 when it was a tiny spot that let us teenagers sit and drink coffee all day. They are one of Burlington’s oldest and most loved restaurants, known for their early bird Bistro dinner that serves French classics like Beef Bourgignon, Steak Frites and even gluten free Cavatappi Carbonara. Tonight it was snowing hard and the restaurant was still full and the service was terrific. It’s our go-to place for the last 35 years and I’m grateful they are still around.“

“This restaurant has been our favorite for 20 years! We go several times a year and have never, ever had a bad experience. The staff is so knowledgeable and top notch. The food is superb (especially the sesame chicken dumplings and dry fried green beans…..and the cauliflower….and the lemon shrimp…..and if there’s any fish specials….)“
