“Really nice menu. Highlights include the custom charcuterie (sp?) where the olives were fabulous and the daily house made mozzarella was absolutely the best I've ever had.
Pizzas are really good with a nice dough, thin crust, and obviously a hot wood fired oven.
Service was a little slow and a little forgetful. It was a saturday night, so the kithchen was understandably under pressure, but on top of this, our waiter was just inattentive.“

The pizza is consistently delicious, with fresh ingredients, great crust, and plenty of options whether you're keeping it simple or trying something more creative. It's the kind of pizza that's easy to share with a table but also easy to accidentally eat more of than you planned.

The brewery side adds a lot to the experience as well. Whether you're stopping in for a beer, dinner, or both, the atmosphere feels lively, welcoming, and relaxed. There's always a good energy without feeling overwhelming.

One thing I really enjoy is that the space feels unique. It has character, feels local, and stands out from a typical pizza restaurant. It's a great place to meet friends, grab a casual dinner, or spend an evening in Burlington.

Overall, American Flatbread & Mothership Brewery offers great food, great drinks, and a great atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.“

“We have a friend that is seriously ill and we wanted a very special meal for he and his wife prepared and delivered to their home. The manager and staff arrived at work early to make it happen and would not accept a fee for delivery. They went beyond their duties and provided a marvelous meal for our friends. What beautiful hearts and souls they have. We thank you all so very much for your great meals and service.“

“My spouse and I order meals from Belleville Bakery at least twice a month. Shelley’s meals, including sandwiches, are unique and delicious, full of flavor. Her pastries and baked goods are exceptional. Sooooooo yummy! A few months ago, Shelley started offering Saturday brunch at the bakery: “bring friends and meet new people.” I’ve been curious about the brunch since its inception, so when Shelley announced a brunch in late September, I decided I’d celebrate my 76th birthday at Belleville. I was lucky enough to snag all ten reservations. I, my spouse, and eight of my very good friends enjoyed a glorious brunch at Belleville Bakery. We loved every bite of every dish on the brunch menu—not one flaw. Shelley is a superb chef and baker. She’s gracious and welcoming. We felt comfortable and at home. Thank you, Shelley, for one of the best birthday celebrations EVER! My birthday cake was beautiful. We had a wonderful morning. Thanks so much, Shelley and staff, for a memorable meal and morning. “I’ve been to EB Strongs a number of time and the food is always good. But I will say the reason I’m leaving a review tonight is the service was especially great. I just decided to to sit at the bar tonight and the bartenders Renee and James were great!“

“We have been coming here since 1986 when it was a tiny spot that let us teenagers sit and drink coffee all day. They are one of Burlington’s oldest and most loved restaurants, known for their early bird Bistro dinner that serves French classics like Beef Bourgignon, Steak Frites and even gluten free Cavatappi Carbonara. Tonight it was snowing hard and the restaurant was still full and the service was terrific. It’s our go-to place for the last 35 years and I’m grateful they are still around.“

“This restaurant has been our favorite for 20 years! We go several times a year and have never, ever had a bad experience. The staff is so knowledgeable and top notch. The food is superb (especially the sesame chicken dumplings and dry fried green beans…..and the cauliflower….and the lemon shrimp…..and if there’s any fish specials….)“

“Pizza is good, prices are nice compared to other places around. Someone said it is like the domino's of Burlington. That makes sense to me. I only tried cheese pizza and breadsticks. I like the marina dipping sauce they use. We got take-out so I can't rate much else. It serves for a good late night snack too. ?“
