Leunig's Bistro offers a delightful dining experience with fabulous salmon dishes and delightful creme brûlée. The restaurant's atmosphere is lovely, enhanced by live music from young musicians during some evenings, creating a charming setting. Guests have noted the perfect service, with servers being very accommodating and attentive. Many recommend trying the turkey bacon and brie sandwich for a satisfying meal. The Filet Mignon has also received praise for its quality. With prompt seating and outstanding service, Leunig's is a favorite spot on Church Street, ideal for enjoying tap beers on a hot day. Guests appreciate dining outside, especially with the lovely lights in the trees as the evening darkens.
The restaurant is often crowded, but guests with reservations are seated promptly. The service is excellent, with staff being professional and thorough. The menu features delicious options like tender octopus, African Vegetable stew, and the classic Beef bourguignon, which is praised for its tastiness and tenderness. The salads are also delicious, though some guests feel they could use a bit more dressing. The maple creme brûlée for dessert is heavenly, and the overall dining experience is wonderful, with a great ambiance and friendly, personable service.
