“The absolute best around! Kristen and her team are professional, engaging, empathetic and truly care that your wedding or event is perfected to your image. They worked with us and made so many changes and alterations last minute to make the experience a perfect one. They are easily the best around! Their chicken and waffles is an amazing appetizer, while their entrees for weddings are out of this world. Easily the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had! Can’t recommend them enough!“
“I stopped in for breakfast and ordered a breakfast quesadilla, which for a quesadilla, had far too little cheese. The restaurant was clean and appealing, the service was warm and friendly, but the flavor just wasn't there. The food was decent, just very bland.“
“Stopped by this week to pick up a preordered cake. It wasn't ready when we arrived so we had some sandwiches while we waited, which were very good. I didn't realize they also offered soup, which some other patrons ordered and which also looked delicious. We got the chocolate mousse cake, which ended up really being more of a dense chocolate icing instead of mousse - very heavy. Next time we'll try a traditional layer cake. The small cafe felt warm, inviting and relaxed.“
“My wife and I took off for a night away, and had dinner at Windjammers! It was fantastic! Gwen, our server, was on point! She was fantastic, polite, kind and very attentive. The food and drinks were just as on-point!Everything was great! When we visit the area again, we will definitely be back! And we will be sure to tell our friends!Erick and Tobatha Thibodeau“
“The delivery driver was amazing. Pizza was great but I had a bad experience with the manager at the restaurant I worked at the restaurant but I left it in the past. But I would never steal or not pay for. But my coworkers now I work for now they inhaled the pizza I ordered! Thanks Leonardo!“
“One of many great Burlington restaurants. They have a series of unique pizzas cooked in a large fire oven. The sausage pizza was a little disappointing - the sausage was made locally and the spice was too timid and this didn’t really help the overall taste of the pizza. Our other pizza was very good. We got a brownie with a scoop of ice cream which was average. Kinda felt like I could have easily made a box of brownies and added a scoop of ice cream and it would have been just as good.Loved the interior.“
“This Is now my favorite place to eat in Burlington. We sat at the bar and had excellent service by both bartenders. The wine was very good - 2019 Mara Valpolicella Ripasso - and reasonably priced. We shared the Salsiccia E Funghi pizza with the spicy sausage - more than enough for two people. This is one of the most flavorful pizzas I have ever had! We also enjoyed the atmosphere here - fun, relaxed and the right kind of music. Thanks for a great dining experience! We will be back!“
“Stopped in Sunday afternoon for a felafelto go. Top notch sandwich, heavenly thin warm lavash rolled up with hint of purple cabbage, gorgeous chickpea balls ( not oily) and yummy sauce on the side. Nice atmosphere, very clean fast service from bartender. Resisted, with difficulty , the Vt maple baklava ! Will be back with friends !“
“Very good cappuccino and iced oat milk latte. The kouign amann was also good and there are a few gluten free options like smoothies. The space is big and comfortable, id prefer slightly quieter music with a more laid back energy but not picky, just have sensory issues. Would love to see a gluten free pastry or sandwich option.“
“I only got coffee and croissant at this place so can't speak for the rest of the menu items. Coffee was good but no the best. It is slightly cheaper than other cafes. The croissant was amazing though. It is a bakery after all so I expect baked goods to be really good.“
“Easy five stars. I was doubtful that I'd get my money's worth for a $16 bowl but the firecracker bowl put my fears to rest. It was phenomenal, the portion sizes approached excessive (but don't worry-- I managed to eat it all), and everything was fresh and delicious.“
“One of the best omelets and crispy potatoes I've ever had in my life. Fantastic poppers filled with a garlicky butter and very good pumpkin waffles. You can tell that a lot of love, care and technique goes into making the food. Amazing service, delicious food, very bad coffee (which surprised me as they had a really nice coffee machine and since everything else was top notch but it was not good), but a super cozy vibe that I'd look forward to returning to time and time again!“
“Very cool coffeeshop right in front of the Co-op has great coffee and standout pastries - best croissant ? in Burlington so far - still have more to try. The building itself is a yuppie dream warehouse situation.Parking: Parking is tricky to get into because the access road right next to the coffeeshop is one way. Enter through the Howard center and there is another entrance in back.“
“So glad we came back! Tonight was by far the best waitress we ever experienced. We have gone out to every restaurant from fine dining to casual, new york (where we live) to vermont to Connecticut to delaware to PA and Angie at Farmhouse was by far the best service we ever experienced. Fun, witty, pleasant, and on top of her game she made the experience absolutely wonderful! This girl is keeping customers happy! Best burger in town!“
“First time we came in we didn't have a reservation and were pleasantly surprised by how busy the restaurant was. We were told that we couldn't get a table so we immediately made reservations for the next night and revisited. The spicy mussel appetizer was fantastic! The rigatoni with eggplant was to die for, the sauce was just delicious. I also enjoyed the shrimp and shishito pepper pasta. Chocolate mousse was also great :)“
“The Owners are absolutely wonderful ☺️ There Apple cake is to die for! I can't wait to come back for brunch and try there soups they have such interesting selections and all different types of things. This is one of Burlington's hidden Gems.“
“Best in the neighborhood! Friendly staff, excellent latte and baked goods....morning muffin, ham and cheese croissant or homemade granola..its all good. Small, quaint coffee shop vibe, can get a little cramped when it's busy. Worth it♡“
“I didn't actually have food here, but I called them, and they were so nice and sweet, and even when I ask them questions that weren't specifically related to their restaurant or their food, they didn't hang up and they didn't question me. And then after I was finished, they asked me if I had anything else to say. I would rate this a 10 out of 10 experience. I've never called an establishment with nicer staff before.“
“It's so rare to have gluten free baked goods that actually taste good! The apple cider doughnuts were probably the best thing I've eaten all year. I also had a brownie that was chewy and crumbly at the same time-definitely will be back!“
“We started with L'Orangerie Bordeaux Blanc. A perfect pairing with Raw Oysters. Our friendly server, Daniel, put it together for us. The Filet Mignon entree was perfection. We finished with the Key Lime Coconut Tart. Sorry, no picture. Couldn't wait. ? Delicious! Looking forward to our next visit!“
“This place is wonderful!! My husband and I got two sausage, egg, and cheese on their house made English muffins. This is one of the better simple breakfast sandwiches either of us have ever had. Their iced coffee is also delicious - can’t wait to try the coconut and maple donuts that we snagged for a snack later today! If you find yourself in Burlington, be sure to find yourself at Nunyun’s!“
“This is great, easy, quick, and super delicious. We never go away unsatisfied. The staff and server have always been awesome. The atmosphere is great as well. There is never a rush to get you and out. It’s a great place to sit, eat, and socialize with friends and family. It very kid friendly. They are always happy to make modifications to menu items if need be. Its always treat coming here.“
“I know there are a handful of fine dining options in the area but we are so glad we picked here. Emma was our server tonight and she was excellent. Take your time and enjoy a unique dining experience here. French onion soup. Potato leek soup. Escargot. Filet. Mud pie. All so good. $15 for 2 hr parking in lot attached to building.“
“I had an apple muffin the other day that I LOVED. tbh I think it should be called a cupcake since it was an apple spice cake experience in small form but it was really delicious. I love that they have flavored vegan cream cheese. I'm not the biggest fan of their bagels--they're kind of bready, not very traditional bagel-ish. I also want to warn that the past 2 times I've ordered bulk bagels, I've received a cheese bagel in the pack. They used to have something on the website that said they only put vegan bagels in bulk orders, maybe they deleted that? But FYI!“
“Super weird location (next to one of the doors of Home Depot) BUT don't let that stop you. Has seating, is across the mall from WM. Great hot dog, great non-greasy fries and awesome pulled pork sandwich. Extremely friendly service and not expensive, for the quality of food that you receive.Ps They even have poutine but as a Montrealer, it would be against Canadian law to try it but it looked really good!!!!“
“Hands down the BEST Montréal bagels outside of Montréal! Love, love, love their Everything bagels! I often buy several dozen, sliced, and ship 2 dozen to my twin sister in Florida during the winter. If I visit I bring her 2 dozen. Always a welcome treat for guests with cream cheese or just toasted with butter. They also sell other home baked items and neat local craft sodas. When you see a line out the door from college students, professors, medical folks and retirees; that tells you it is a well loved place for all ages!“
“this awesome spot serves the best fresh bundles of love. you can taste the care and structure of the food implemented by the lovely owner and his wife. the restaurant is filled with a warm presence and the staff is very kind. i definitely recommend.“
“If you are looking for fancy atmosphere, you're in the wrong place. If you want a tasty burrito, give The Firebird Cafe a try. This converted service station is a little funky but I loved my burrito. The rest of my party seemed to really enjoy their food as well.“
“I've been here twice while passing through Burlington (the second time we went to great lengths to figure out where we had that amazing pizza five years earlier!). The pizza is oustanding and quite unique. My wife and I easily polish off a large pizza within a couple hours during a road trip (but don't get me wrong, that leaves us pretty stuffed). Price is maybe slightly high, but it's a quality product.“
“Our new favorite! Our son was diagnosed with Celiac this year and we were hesitant to eat out. Jules has been wonderful for our whole family (mom, dad, 5 year old and 18 months old). It is a little quieter atmosphere which made me nervous the first time we went but the staff and other patrons have always been so kind and welcoming to our kiddos and small amount of chaos they bring. The gluten free menu, including kids menu is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable. The desserts are a highlight (we are fans of the gluten free carrot cake). It has been terrific to go out as a family and have equal options for everyone, thank you!Dietary restrictions: Great Gluten Free options, knowledgeable about the restrictions and cross contamination risksKid-friendliness: So kind, last time we wrote letters to Santa and they had a special mailbox, well about a week later Santa had written back. My son was thrilled!“
“I wanna know what’s the name of the cake that i bought coz when i saw it i ask to buy it to the young guy coz i only read the flavor caramel and vanilla which is my preferred flavors as i am not a fan of a chocolate . And when i taste it omg!!! I love it the taste feels like home which is the mango graham that we as a filipino do for occasions, but this cake without mango of course but the taste are the same .Parking: The parking space are kinda not much but not few it’s just okay for doing grab and go.“
