“One of many great Burlington restaurants. They have a series of unique pizzas cooked in a large fire oven. The sausage pizza was a little disappointing - the sausage was made locally and the spice was too timid and this didn’t really help the overall taste of the pizza. Our other pizza was very good. We got a brownie with a scoop of ice cream which was average. Kinda felt like I could have easily made a box of brownies and added a scoop of ice cream and it would have been just as good.Loved the interior.“
“This Is now my favorite place to eat in Burlington. We sat at the bar and had excellent service by both bartenders. The wine was very good - 2019 Mara Valpolicella Ripasso - and reasonably priced. We shared the Salsiccia E Funghi pizza with the spicy sausage - more than enough for two people. This is one of the most flavorful pizzas I have ever had! We also enjoyed the atmosphere here - fun, relaxed and the right kind of music. Thanks for a great dining experience! We will be back!“

“I wanna know what’s the name of the cake that i bought coz when i saw it i ask to buy it to the young guy coz i only read the flavor caramel and vanilla which is my preferred flavors as i am not a fan of a chocolate . “One of the best omelets and crispy potatoes I've ever had in my life. Fantastic poppers filled with a garlicky butter and very good pumpkin waffles. You can tell that a lot of love, care and technique goes into making the food. Amazing service, delicious food, very bad coffee (which surprised me as they had a really nice coffee machine and since everything else was top notch but it was not good), but a super cozy vibe that I'd look forward to returning to time and time again!“

That’s a huge plus if you don’t like long waits. It didn’t take away from freshness or delicious flavor either. We also got an iced latte with their homemade caramel and it was so yummy. Great happy hour/special menu from 4-5pm daily. I also want to warn that the past 2 times I've ordered bulk bagels, I've received a cheese bagel in the pack. They used to have something on the website that said they only put vegan bagels in bulk orders, maybe they deleted that? But FYI!“

“Hands down the BEST Montréal bagels outside of Montréal! Love, love, love their Everything bagels! I often buy several dozen, sliced, and ship 2 dozen to my twin sister in Florida during the winter. If I visit I bring her 2 dozen. Always a welcome treat for guests with cream cheese or just toasted with butter. They also sell other home baked items and neat local craft sodas. When you see a line out the door from college students, professors, medical folks and retirees; that tells you it is a well loved place for all ages!“

“Stopped by this week to pick up a preordered cake. It wasn't ready when we arrived so we had some sandwiches while we waited, which were very good. I didn't realize they also offered soup, which some other patrons ordered and which also looked delicious. We got the chocolate mousse cake, which ended up really being more of a dense chocolate icing instead of mousse - very heavy. Next time we'll try a traditional layer cake. “Firebird Cafe is awesome. I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s always delicious and the vibe is great. We were there yesterday morning before the solar Eclipse. The town was crazy with so many people traveling through and the restaurant was very busy. It was clear that everyone was hustling and working hard to get customers their orders. The staff still took the time to be kind and chit chat with us for a moment despite how busy they were.Unfortunately, they had to deal with a severly verbally abusive customer from NY that was screaming at the entire staff that his order was put on the wrong table for a brief moment. It was quite frightening, and the staff handled it with patience. It was clear that the young child he was with was extremely distraught and upset, and other people waiting in line were concerned for her welfare as well. Had we been thinking faster, we would have called the police. It was clear they were doing their best to serve the massive line of tourists that flooded the town this past weekend. I would definitely recommend them as they are professional, friendly, and always have great food!“

“I've been here twice while passing through Burlington (the second time we went to great lengths to figure out where we had that amazing pizza five years earlier!). The pizza is oustanding and quite unique. My wife and I easily polish off a large pizza within a couple hours during a road trip (but don't get me wrong, that leaves us pretty stuffed). Price is maybe slightly high, but it's a quality product.“
“Our new favorite! Our son was diagnosed with Celiac this year and we were hesitant to eat out. Jules has been wonderful for our whole family (mom, dad, 5 year old and 18 months old). It is a little quieter atmosphere which made me nervous the first time we went but the staff and other patrons have always been so kind and welcoming to our kiddos and small amount of chaos they bring. The gluten free menu, including kids menu is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable. The desserts are a highlight (we are fans of the gluten free carrot cake). “Super weird location (next to one of the doors of Home Depot) BUT don't let that stop you. Has seating, is across the mall from WM. Great hot dog, great non-greasy fries and awesome pulled pork sandwich.
