“We enjoyed our visit at D&D but servers do not serve drinks with trays. To me that lacks professionalism and is improper form. The entertainment was good, the ahi tuna tacos are excellent. My husband said the wings are ok. Overall pleasant experience, but I'd like to see the cocktail trays.“

“First time coming here, on our way back home from Quebec City. Honestly very surprised. Happy to have two young ladies be able to translate to English. Service was 10/10 surprisingly quick, food was perfectly cooked and delicious, great portions and my husband and I even like it better than Swiss Chalet which is very popular in Ontario! Coming with 2 little ones and having the takeout separated in 4 different boxes was awesome!!Definitely would recommend!!“

“Had a great time at Pacini’s on Saturday with my family . The food was good and the kids were happy !
It was very busy, and we waited some time for our server to come( he never did ). Liam, a waiter from a completely different section realized we had been waiting for a while and came to see us and waited our table instead.
He was great ! Attentive and friendly.

“This is the most delicious authentic fresh positive space. The owners and staff are so incredibly knowledgeable, they take the time to really understand a customers dietary needs, with providing clarity and patience ensuring that there is never any pressure, only such professional kindness. Not to mention the on site bistro and local vendor products… nothing better! I have recommended to many, Montreal, Ottawa, West Island, as it is absolutely worth the cost (of overly outrageous gas:)) and quick trip ! Not to miss- 1000/100!“

“Amazing place.. very new building.. super clean .. good service and friendly staff .. they do their best to understand me (don’t speak French) most of the time the food super fresh . I come here every time I drive by. It’s the house of chicken lovers. The End ☺️“

“Dual restaurant poutineville and usine grecque. Second sounds gross but might try it someday. Anyway, just came from Quebec City and didn't get to PV while there so was glad to stop here for lunch. Not busy at all and super friendly staff greets you at the door.
After asking about the gluten free options and whether they keep the same standard (they do!) ordered a Montrealer with the fries pickle on the side for someone else. It was great. Good size to price ratio for $20 and loaded with toppings. Tasted great.
Will definitely be going back to try other options or maybe they'll open one closer to the national Capital.
