My uncle is celiac and dairy-intolerant so it’s always been a struggle to find desserts that he’ll be able to enjoy. I fell upon The Cakery and ordered their Key Lime cake and we were blown away by the taste, texture and presentation of the cake! The balance of sweetness and tang was just perfect and the topping of fresh fruits added an extra sweetness to the cake. Will only be ordering from The Cakery for any gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and keto cakes from now on!
My sister purchased a cake for my boyfriend's birthday. With two lactose intolerant and one gluten intolerant guests, we often have to plan several desserts. We tried the tiramisu cashew cheesecake. Absolutely delicious! I love the nut crumble on the bottom and that it's perfectly sweetened (not overly sweetened like eating a spoonful of sugar every bite).
