This location is decent if you avoid weekends when all the teenagers are working. I went today (Saturday) around 2pm when all the rush was over, there was no one at the counter. I waited between 5 and 10 minutes just for someone to come take my order. When she saw me, she walked slowly and unbothered. I placed my order and she disappeared again, I could hear the videos they were showing each other back there.

First time coming here, on our way back home from Quebec City. Honestly very surprised. Happy to have two young ladies be able to translate to English. Service was 10/10 surprisingly quick, food was perfectly cooked and delicious, great portions and my husband and I even like it better than Swiss Chalet which is very popular in Ontario! Coming with 2 little ones and having the takeout separated in 4 different boxes was awesome!!Definitely would recommend!!
Amazing crispy chicken with super fast service and really welcoming staff

Benny & Co. offers delicious food, served with courteous staff and generous portions. The restaurant is known for its chicken, fries, gravy, coleslaw, and bread, which are often featured in their chef's choice boxes. Customers frequently praise the crispy fries and juicy chicken, with some noting that the sauce is particularly tasty. While the fries' crispiness and chicken strip size may vary, the chicken remains consistently good. The poutine is highly recommended, with many suggesting asking for extra cheese to enhance the flavor, as it is considered one of the top junk foods in the world. The dining experience is comfortable and communal, and staff are friendly and attentive, often going out of their way to provide excellent service, especially when asked for additional sauces or coleslaw. Benny & Co. continues to be a favorite Montreal staple, trusted for its quality and friendly atmosphere.
