Went here for a late lunch. Even given the mid-afternoon timing, it was very busy (20+ minute wait). Our wait staff was great; friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The food seemed pretty good; my salad was OK.Chief knock against this place is the cost; $250 for six people for lunch. If this were dinner with drinks, appetizers, entrees, and maybe dessert, I wouldn't have given the check a second thought. Seemed very pricey for a lunch meal.
**see update at the bottom**--they fixed their fries!! 5* again! ***Been a happy customer and loyal customer of Farmhouse for years! The burger is the best. BUT, the last two times, the FRIES have been really not good--sometimes I come JUST for the fries. I was there on Sunday and Monday, and both times it was dark, dark brown and/or black. Great food! Salmon was perfect and well seasoned and their burgers are perfect! Great place to stop when strolling through downtown Burlington. Extensive beer wine and cocktail menu as well.
