“Stopped here for lunch while exploring downtown Burlington, glad we did.

Sat outside on a perfect fall day. Staff were friendly and professional and attentive without being too much.

Wife and I both got salad and mini-flatbreads. Combined with a beer and you have a perfect lunch.

The salads were delicious and perfectly dressed. The flatbreads were delicious, with a wonderful crust and a variety of creative toppings.

The beers were amazing as well. When we return to Burlington, we will come back here for sure.“

Queen City Brewery Brewery • $

“My husband and I hosted our welcome party for our wedding weekend with Queen City. We held the party in their awesome event space. Jason and his team were absolutely great to work with. Not only was the beer a ten (a given with these folks), our bartender for the evening was friendly, knowledgable, and kept the drinks flowing to our group of 50.The space itself is also awesome - plenty of room for a group, fun games and decor, and even a retractable garage style door to let in fresh air, which we were actually able to make use of as it was unseasonably warm the night of our late October party. They were also kind enough to let us use their audio and mic system, which came in handy for background music and a few short toasts. If you are looking for a variety of easy drinking to packs a bunch beers, friendly & kind folks, and an awesome place to host or just stop in for a brew, Queen City has it all covered. Thanks again!!“

“I had a wonderful experience at Burlington Bay Market & Cafe last week while visiting Burlington’s beautiful waterfront. One of the highlights was indulging in their famous creemee – a Vermont classic! I opted for the Black Raspberry Creemee, and it was absolutely delicious. The texture was perfectly smooth, creamy, and refreshing, making it the perfect treat on a warm day.

In addition to the dessert, the food was equally impressive. The menu offers a nice variety of fresh and flavorful options, and everything we ordered was prepared perfectly. The service was friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The ambiance is another standout feature – with cozy seating and stunning views of Lake Champlain, it’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area, especially to try their popular Maple Creemee!“

“The Pinery was the perfect addition to our wedding. The trailer was ideal for our venue due to limited space inside for a bar. The staff was flexible and friendly leading up to our wedding and the day of.The Pinery worked with us to create a bar menu that was a hit with our guests. We were able to create a menu with his and her cocktails and other cocktails to appease all guests. The team was also very helpful at recommending beers, wines, and nonalcoholic beverages. The prebatched cocktails (margarita, bees knees, whiskey sour) were all such a hit with our guests that we still receive compliments months after the wedding. The team even went as far as setting aside some of the his and her cocktails to ensure we had some before they were all gone and holding onto an egg white to make me a proper whiskey sour before the end of the night. We look forward to working with The Pinery again in the future and cannot recommend them enough for a wedding bar service.Carsen & Taylor“

“The cafeteria-style buffet is really good. The food is wholesome and seems pretty healthy; it wasn’t oily and focused on Whole Foods. They have a lot of diversity of options, most of which are vegan, including several types of protein. I ate seitan, tofu (two ways), and two types of beans in one meal! I left full for a reasonable price. Buffets can add up but with so many high-protein options it’s easy to not take too much food and still be sated.“

Hip little breakfast spot that services classics, Mexican-style breakfasts like Tacos, and killer smoothies. If you're looking for the best sit-down breakfast in Burlington, this is a contender.

“This place REALLY threw me for a loop… walking there I was expecting a quickie bite.. not an amazing dinner meal that even my picky husband enjoyed!

The vibe definitely did not match the level of culinary skills in the food. We got chive pancakes, they were chewy crispy and savory - perfect appetizer!

Two Asahi’s to complement our entrees:
crying tiger fried rice, the sirloin was marinated to PERFECTION! Best I’ve EVER had.
Duck Penang was an entire duck leg in a creamy delicious curry sauce with pineapples and tomatoes. So mouthwatering thinking about it now..

Staff was soooo young but SUPER hospitable and lovely! Luckily we’re not locals otherwise it’d be a weekly meal here for us!“
