Absolutely outstanding!!! Can't rate highly enough - the best crab cakes I've ever had (and I've also had them in New Orleans). The owner/chef, who runs the place himself, is wonderful. Cozy with a really neat atmosphere. My new go-to whenever I'm in Burlington.
I don’t even know where to begin. This is an absolute 6 star sensation. The sheer shame that this establishment doesn’t have a Michelin star is abhorrent. Chef Richard (even tho he literally does everything, from serving, bussing, cooking, prepping) is a very unique person. Truly awesome food, I got the Etouffe and my friend got the jumbalaya. Both excellent. Frog legs are a great appetizer. Reservations encouraged! He does this solo, so he might not be able to handle a walk...read full review

We had a delightful meal tonight at Bourbon Street restaurant in Burlington, Vermont. Chef Richard is the host, chef and owner. He was a pleasure to meet, the food was delicious and the desserts were fantastic. This is a cozy little Mecca in Burlington. We felt like we were welcomed into Richard’s home. We are happy that we were able to get reservations. The food has various little twists that provided gastronomical delights.
