Burlington Bay Reviews
Expensive. Chowder soup was salty, not good. Little portions with that high prices. Disappointing
Poor service from manager of liquor store. I requested one specific product (which they had, but it was downstairs) and manager kept trying to push other products. Manager got annoyed about having to go downstairs and treated me rudely.
Also ordered the Bay Original breakfast sandwich (bacon, cheese, 2 eggs) and added sausage. There was barely any egg on the sandwich (less than 1!?!?). Staff indicated management recently gave them a "scoop" for their "egg mixture" and...read full review

Burlington Bay is a charming spot that offers great food, delicious ice cream, and beautiful outdoor views of the lake and mountains. Visitors often highlight the ice cream, especially the Maple Creemee, which is described as amazing and fairly priced. The location provides a nice atmosphere with outdoor seating, making it a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The ice cream comes in both hard and soft varieties, and the quality is consistently praised.
The restaurant also serves good meals, such as clam chowder, which is considered the best some have ever had—creamy with just the right flavor. Other dishes like fish tacos and burgers are enjoyed, though some mention that presentation and fries could improve. Parking is limited but available, with a few spots and a small bike area. During off-season, the place tends to be less busy, leading to quick service. Overall, Burlington Bay is recommended for its delicious ice cream, good food, friendly atmosphere, and beautiful view, making it a worthwhile visit.
