“We made reservations for our large group ahead of time and they were very accommodating. The service was fantastic, keeping our drinks full and making recommendations from the menu. The food was all delicious, and everyone enjoyed their meal. About half of our group hadn’t had Indian food before but they all left as fans! The waiter was able to easily guide the vegan in our group to a variety options for him. We all enjoyed tea and a sweet at the end. We are so glad to have found this restaurant and will definitely be back!“

“Really nice menu. Highlights include the custom charcuterie (sp?) where the olives were fabulous and the daily house made mozzarella was absolutely the best I've ever had.
Pizzas are really good with a nice dough, thin crust, and obviously a hot wood fired oven.
Service was a little slow and a little forgetful. It was a saturday night, so the kithchen was understandably under pressure, but on top of this, our waiter was just inattentive.“

There is plenty of room for larger groups, but arrive early; this place fills up quickly, and after one visit it's easy to understand why.

The staff was engaging and attentive, keeping things running smoothly and responding promptly to questions and food requests. Service struck that sweet spot of being helpful without hovering.

We've been coming here long enough that the staff greet us like neighbors - and that warmth is half the reason we keep coming back. The other half is the food, which is consistently some of the most flavorful cooking in the area.
My personal standout is the Vegan Panang Curry, currently on the menu and absolutely not to be missed. It's rich, deeply spiced, and genuinely one of the best dishes I've had anywhere - not just at a Thai restaurant, but anywhere full stop. The vegetables are vibrant and perfectly cooked, and the sauce has that layered complexity you just don't find everywhere.
One honest heads-up: seating is limited and it's first-come, first-served, so there can be a wait. We've never once regretted staying. Once the food arrives, the wait becomes a distant memory.

Top notch mango lassi. Mango and yogurt combination was top tier.
Chicken Korma was less on the sweetness, different than our local place back home, but I actually prefer the one here. Flavor was wonderful and hit all the rights spots.
Tandoori chicken was a huge portion and we ended up taking home leftovers enough to be another meal!

“I love this place so much. I have been a patriot since it was at its small shop. What I love about it is that the customer service is always wonderfully friendly. it feels like I'm walking into their home to eat their mom's home cooking. I have traveled around and tried pho soup to assess which one is the best. I have gone to Florida Virginia all around the East Coast and hands down their pho soup is the best of the best! I even brought my sister with confidence and she's never tried Vietnamese food before and she had her mind alone. her and her daughter are quite the foodies themselves and they were pleasantly and wonderfully surprised. they said this is the best they ever had!“

The waitress caught it and had the cook recook mine and my dates meals all over again. The namager actually came to our table to explain the situation and apologized for the mistake. Owning the mistake was a huge deal for my date and I. Much appreciated for sure. That screams how well these folks at this Williston Vermont location care about their customers. “Simply the best sandwich place around. The bread is absolutely delicious and is what pushes their sandwiches to a 10/10 instead of just an 8 or 9. Everything else is cooked and made perfectly; excellent portions and reasonably priced. Service is fast and tireless, they work hard and it shows.
