We visited PAPA NICKS for dinner on 10/1/2023. It is a small local restaurant staffed by exceptionally pleasant and happy people. The food was excellent. This is a low key little gem in Hinesburg VT, that has eat in and takeout.

Consistent and reliable comfort food, with Greek options to boot. Competent and friendly staff, and a nice community scene. I’m so glad this gem exists. They also absolutely and deliberately understand gluten-free needs (their baked haddock is a g-f staple of ours).Dietary restrictions: They understand gluten-free. Not a huge list of options, but the staff won’t steer you wrong either.
