Frankly, we drive by it a lot on our way to and from Burlington and the other night after watching "Downton Abbey" and a "Public House" it hit us that this was what "pub" came from. We immediately made reservations for the next night and headed off.The food was excellent--- the appetizers were priced well and came with enough to warrant a meal in of itself. We had an enjoyable experience at the Public House with a group of 8, ranging in age from 10-72, so very diverse food interests. We were seated in a private area,(wise decision for our boisterous crew). While service was somewhat slow, due to staff shortage, our server was exceptional.
