“We found Zaytoona by chance, as it was near our hotel in South Burlington. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent! We had three meals out in Burlington over our weekend, and this one was the best! Get the word out: This restaurant is a GEM hidden near the South Burlington Library andTown Hall. Note to restaurant: You guys should change your sign so your name is easy to see from a distance. Loved our evening, we’ll be back! Thank you!“

“This is the second time I've eaten at one of these pizza places and it's been very good. Not your traditional Pizza, more artisanal Pizza, but enjoyed it greatly. I can see this place getting busy in the summer where the outside dining and beer garden. It's perfect for the small town and I'm sure they get a lot of business. My understanding is there's one of these and a lot of us small towns around here and they've really figured out a good way to market it. I could see myself going back to this place several times. Not the best pizza I've ever had but it's a great place to hang out with people.“

“Booked a table and was ready on time.Surpringingly Busy i think for a Wednesday.The waitress was great and you would think i would remember her name.She was very attentive but not over bearing.WE did eat near entrance bit didn't affect our dining experience.Food was delicious but oysters were a bit small but Tasty.That could be the way they come at this time of year.The food was very good and first time there.stayting at best western and Restaurat is like 1 minute walk.Will be back as my wife is a patient UVM.Would laos go by myself has a good atmosphere.Might sit at the car if by meslef.Thanks for the great meal and great service,“

“Got the Thai chicken on curry and cheesesteak on white. Both big and tasty, but 2/3 of the Thai was rice and 2/3 of the cheesesteak was filled with lettuce. Curry wrap was good! If there was a little more protein in each and chicken wasn’t bland I’d go 5 star. Still a solid lunch spot.“

The late-night menu is advertised to begin at 10 PM, yet when we called at 9:30 PM on a busy Saturday night, we were told only pizzas were available. This is misleading and frustrating. The posted information is not accurate, and unfortunately, it doesn’t reflect the needs of a busy harbour location where late-night dining options are expected. It also shows on google you are currently closed. Please consider updating your hours and menu details to reflect actual service and better support your patrons.“

“This has been my go to Chinese restaurant for both dine in and take-out for many years, but I never thought to leave a review until today when I noticed some of the negative reviews. Some people apparently don’t get Chinese cuisine and are mad that there are or aren’t vegetables in whatever dish they happened to order. You can just ask for what you want and they’ll help you order. The food is always tasty and always consistent. Like I said, I’ve been coming here for years and my favorite dishes are always prepared the same way. The vegetables are always fresh, the meat is tender, and the fried foods are golden and crispy. They have a large selection including vegetarian protein and traditional dishes. For dine in, it’s a nice ambiance and they have an awesome tropical drink menu. It’s fun to get a scorpion bowl or a pina colada. I take my Chinese friends, my vegan friends, and my Jewish friends here, and everyone is happy.“

We had a fresh salad and tasty garlic bites in their awesome restaurant, then took home 2 great pizzas for dinner later that evening. “This was last week: My family decided to get some pizza at Folino’s after going to City Market. Because after getting some healthy things, we were down for some bad decisions. Folino’s Pizza next to a dispensary which honestly was probably their best move possible. The place was PACKED like sardines. (Which I had on pizza once and never again…. Why don’t we ever argue this? Why do people actually argue to the death about pineapple on pizza and NOT HAIRY FISH??? Why are we so divided on this?!) The menu was pretty interesting and easy to follow and we picked two pizzas and wings…. We sat down…. After we paid….. after we tipped, before service was done. I would soon be able to conclude why. You can literally pick a seat anywhere and get a nice glass of water from cups that had seen better days and worse mouths. Next to the garbages…. Next to where you pick your silverware…. My son helped her restock the water. Totally fine. And then we saw…. The utensil/sauce station. Well…. It was PACKED. Garlic, parmesan, salt, pepper, hot sauce, pepper flakes. Some empty, others at various stages of full and honestly take your pick. We got one of each. Went through silverware and it was like a treasure hunt! Some had old food and stains on them and I got to see what popular picks were at this place:-) I think we made the right picks!!! While I like leftovers at home, these were not the leftovers I had a hankering for… decided to pick else wear and found some that were clean clean. Again this place is packed! Line going out the door( to be fair there may have been a few who got mixed up with the Jazz Lettuce place next door). The food sounded/smelled so delicious. We were already hungry and down for some wildfire awesomeness…. And now, we wait….. and wait…. And wait some more. Did…. Did they forget about us? I see some people eating, some people who look famished and well we decided to shoot our shot and ask people how long they had been waiting/if they ordered. Yes. Just yes. The line is moving and fast. I went to their website to see if it was like Disney with the fast passes or something… I can’t even begin to tell you how bummed I am writing that “no” here. After like an hour the wings came out. And I swear to God, with seasoning wings, these kids understood the assignment. However taking a bit of the wing, the chicken fought back. The chicken skin was….. oh God, a good vet could have saved it... a while later, the Buff Chick came out and oh sweet mother of God those candied jalapeños are just the bees knees…then they bought out The Vegan Supreme…. No onions…. And she made a point to say, no onions…. So I knew immediately, there was onions somewhere… which is just fine. My mouth just tingles and gets kinda itchy. Aside from that lil fun fact about me….. those pizzas were amazing and the crust is just what you’d want. And despite a crowded kitchen with no hair nets and loose styles everywhere, there was little to no hair in the food! The pizza is definitely worth buying just not the wait unless you have the afternoon and no perishable groceries in your car (City Market) to waste…. My guess with the line out the door, they preordered online within a couple hours getting there. My husband loved that we tipped to have the home experience and got to not only wait on ourselves and clean up after our selves, he also loved that he was able to clean the table off from the previous people and the bundle of pizza tray holders from them as well. My son loved that he found a wing order he didn’t want to touch at all. If you have an afternoon to waste by the water cooler and tables with an awesome pizza sheen on it… get here faster then they open. You won’t be disappointed with disappointment. Buttttt, (and this is a big but here) if you want some awesome pizza with awesome flavor and amazing crust, definitely get it here. Just order online. Get all your chores and shopping done… maybe make time for a movie. After all that, it might be ready and you too can be in the line out the door…. “Tried Jersey Mike’s Subs for the first time and let me just say… this was an experience. Walk in all excited just to find out they’re OUT of the rosemary bread… with 30 minutes left before closing. Thirty. Minutes. Strike one. I’m already side-eyeing management like I’ve been personally betrayed. Then—out of nowhere—a random lady announces to the entire store that my provolone cheese is “stinky,” and the employees just… agree??? Like excuse me ma’am, that is MY stinky cheese and I chose it with confidence. Strike two. BUT THEN… I find out they slice the meat and cheese fresh right in front of you?? And suddenly I’m watching this beautiful chaos unfold like yes, please, shave me some deli perfection straight from the grinder of destiny and stack it aggressively onto my tragically non-rosemary bread. AND YES—the sandwich was actually delicious. Like… annoyingly good. I hate that they redeemed themselves like that. PS: they desperately need hot sauce because my taste buds crave violence and I came here to suffer (in a good way).“

“My local Panera in Oneonta, NY, is wonderful meeting spot for coffee and lunch dates with friends. But the SOUTH BURLINGTON VT location is where my nephew works. He was hit by a truck on Thursday right in front of the cafe, and the first person to comfort him was Robin! She and ALL the staff at that location have done SO MUCH to help us get thru. We are amazed at how well the organization takes care of its staff. We are awestruck by the love. What an amazing group of people!“
