Food was excellent. They were out of a lot of side items weirdly and it took my a long time to sort that. I had paid for one thing and then when they didn’t have it I kept saying I’d take something else. But there were out of everything. So I settled on a pastry. Since I could see it was in stock.The food itself was excellent.
For an airport restaurant this place is great, possibly the most relaxed I've ever been while traveling. The food was the same as I'd expect to get from any restaurant out in burlington. There are locations beyond security or before, but we stopped after and were able to buy some last minute apple cider to take

It's a nice restaurant to have in the airport, and everyone working there was very nice. The food is only okay, though, and way, way overpriced. I've been to several skinny pancake locations hoping that one would be better than the others, but unfortunately the nice atmosphere and service can't make up for the only okay food.
