I just wrote a review for the establishment next-door and their awesome infrared saunas- figured I would write one for ecobean as well since that is a major part of my ritual. I really love this place, and anytime I come into town from Waterbury Center I always get lunch here. Theo is so personable and so engaging, as are all the other employees.
