the most inefficient kitchen. 30 minutes to make a $10 smoothie ???

I didn't realize what a relief and joy it would be to be able to have a smoothie without worry of cross-contamination!Dietary restrictions: This is a 100% gluten-free facility and the food is delicious!

The cleanest food in the area for my sensitive gut. Owners care about their customers. Music is cool.

I just wrote a review for the establishment next-door and their awesome infrared saunas- figured I would write one for ecobean as well since that is a major part of my ritual. I really love this place, and anytime I come into town from Waterbury Center I always get lunch here. Theo is so personable and so engaging, as are all the other employees. Food is super clean and always delicious… It’s so hard to eat out these days with all the garbage that establishments call ‘food’. I trust the ingredients that they use here and always feel good after I eat their food.

Unlike most of the vegan eateries that I’ve tried over the past few years and in a variety of U.S. states, Ecobean offers some of the cleanest plant-based fare—meaning healthy, unprocessed, whole food, and oil-free. The vegetables are extremely fresh, with dishes boasting a variety of vibrant antioxidant-rich colors and crisp greens. Servings are quite generous as well. From grain bowls to wraps, salads to smoothies, soups to stews, Ecobean offers a variety of delectable options with an additional rotating selection of specials. And their ‘take & make’ frozen smoothie kits are a great way to blend your own delicious smoothies at home, adding whatever liquid bases and add-ins that you want. Ecobean has become our go-to Whole Food Plant Based eatery in the greater Burlington area (conveniently located near Trader Joe’s and Healthy Living).Vegetarian options: Most dishes can be made Vegan.

I am glad there are organic stores in Shelburn. The food I heard is good and the service was good as well.

The food preparation process is so non linear that it takes forever to assemble each order. There were four staff members running back and forth behind the counter. At several points all were gathered at a computer monitor deciding what to do next. It was unclear in what order they were preparing meals.Ours was ready 40 minutes after the time specified when ordering. The food was decent, but a little pricey.

I really like this place but it’s been less consistent over the last 6 months. I come here frequently and sometimes the food is amazing and other times it’s not worth the price. The soups are sometimes amazing and like today it tasted like it had no flavour. Every surface of the indoor eating was dirty and the music was so loud it was uncomfortable. The employees are always very nice and accommodating but the overall atmosphere doesn’t feel great anymore. I’d definitely recommend them for gluten free and vegans as they have many options but perhaps just get it to-go.Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for vegan and gluten free.

Super tasty and refreshing at a reasonable price. Friendly staff and clean spot. Psyched to go back and try another item.

A really pleasant experience. Loved the immunity shots, and their smoothies were made really well. You can tell they care about what they are making.

My FAVORITE place to go. Their chicken Caesar wrap is to die for (and I’m really picky about my Caesar!) the service is great, and the employees are kind and patient! I wish I could go here every day!

Fantastic food, high quality service, and super vibe. So refreshing to see an establishment committed to the values of healthy food and sustainability. And they carry Olipop, and Uglies! (both brands worth discovering and supporting). Portions are healthy in terms of both quality and quantity. We split a salad and still had a bit leftover. Support this business!

2 small wraps and a salad with 3 bubble waters $55. The falafel wrap has no crunch, a mushy mix of green mystery. The beef wrap had little meat. I asked for a little hot sauce and was told to pony up another .83! Really?!I shouldn’t have tipped for waiting around and then getting my own food.Ridiculous corporate vibe place in a strip mallBelongs in San Diego

Great staff & environment. Enjoyed my Curry bowl but my husbands Barbacoa wrap was tasteless. It’s a bit too expensive to not know how to season
