Catering by Dale whipped up some fabulous, seasonal appetizers for our casual gathering : shrimp with cilantro lime aioli, duck confit on crispy tortillas, chicken satay skewers ( SO tender!) with peanut dipping sauce and wonderful, flavorful caprese canapés. Presentation was attractive and easily served and no cleanup necessary. Couldn’t have been more wowed or appreciative! Thank you Susan!

Catering by Dale just catered our Annual Faculty Retreat. Susan and her staff were fantastic to work with. We had a variety of sandwiches. salads/bowls, brownies and cookies, and they even provided huge mason jars of fresh lemonade and iced tea. Everything were delicious. Their homemade breads are amazing! Susan was a pleasure, extremely helpful and very responsive. She and her staff even managed to provide extra sandwiches at the last minute to accommodate our additional faculty...read full review
