They worked with us and made so many changes and alterations last minute to make the experience a perfect one. They are easily the best around! Their chicken and waffles is an amazing appetizer, while their entrees for weddings are out of this world. Easily the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had! Can’t recommend them enough!“
“Catering by Dale just catered our Annual Faculty Retreat. Susan and her staff were fantastic to work with. We had a variety of sandwiches. salads/bowls, brownies and cookies, and they even provided huge mason jars of fresh lemonade and iced tea. Everything were delicious. Their homemade breads are amazing! Susan was a pleasure, extremely helpful and very responsive. “My wife and I decided to book the fall cruise through Ethan Allen as one of the stops on our vacation. Needless to say, everything was above expectations as we picked an amazing night to tour Lake Champlain. We chose the dinner cruise and the food was spectacular with prime rib, turkey, and many other sides. The servers worked very hard to make the trip relaxing and you could tell how invested they are in the experience. The DJ for the evening played a variety of great songs, including our request, and had the dance floor bopping with a great mix of tunes during dinner and to get the dance floor jumping! The two hours actually flew by pretty quickly and we were all smiles after. Thank you crew of our ship for making our first trip to Vermont and Lake Champlain memorable!“
