Went in today, ordered my junior burrito and they tried charging me for a full size. I said i asked for a junior and she said no you didnt you are a liar. I was so taken back. She told me of i wanted her to remake it i need to pay for the one that made mistakenly and the new one. I went the one on Williston Road and got my JUNIOR BURRITO and talked with the manager there and told him what happened at other store and ge was disgusted . after a long stressful day at the hospital, I was hungry and saw Moe's. I went in to place an order and I was refused. why you may ask. the kid told me that they were backed up with online orders so they were not doing walk ins. I left, hungry and angry that I, a new customer, was treated that way. I will never eat at Moe's and I am spreading the word about how i was treated. I would never ever tell a customer that. is this your policy?
I don’t like that they prioritize on-line orders and make the live customers wait. While waiting, we noticed many unsanitary food handling actions - handling trash then making an order without changing gloves. We decided to leave. This was probably an just an employee that was not properly trained. Moe’s use to be our go-to place. Not so much now.
