“To be fair, it was Memorial Day, so maybe their regular staff was off. The food was good overall. My mom got the marsala, which was a little heavy on the wine, and the calamari was about 80% breading. Everything else was great, and the service was excellent.

“My local Panera in Oneonta, NY, is wonderful meeting spot for coffee and lunch dates with friends. But the SOUTH BURLINGTON VT location is where my nephew works. He was hit by a truck on Thursday right in front of the cafe, and the first person to comfort him was Robin! She and ALL the staff at that location have done SO MUCH to help us get thru. We are amazed at how well the organization takes care of its staff. We are awestruck by the love. What an amazing group of people!“

“We have been to many of the regular Burlington breakfast spots up Pine, down Church and back on Shelburne. I just had the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had outside of my kitchen. It may seem simple, but getting it just right with a freshly fried
