“Koffee Kat is an amazing and integral space to the downtown Plattsburgh area. Well priced for specialized drinks and food, sociable staff, and the environment is something we're missing these days; a "third place". The shop spotlights local artisans and sells their goods, there are plenty of activities to do as well as events held all month long. There's music, never too loud or too annoying, and the lights are soft and easy on the eyes. If you're boycotting the large chain coffee shops, consider taking a trip down here and vote with your dollar.“

“This was a large group business meeting event in their event space. There was no service per se other than at the bar and the food was buffet. The room was good and the food was surprisingly good given the nature of these type of events. The vegetables were well cooked, the chicken was moist and the beef was medium rare to medium.“

“Since we were here three times over a two day stay in Plattsburgh. The first evening I had Alfredo with chicken - very tender and beautiful sauce and my friend had pork schnitzel with a lovely sauce as well. It was obvious that this was prepared by chefs, not cooks! We had brunch the next day - eggs benny (the chefs special that day) and a quesadilla- both great. So back we went for dinner. I had shrimp linguine in a lemon butter sauce and my friend had a steak au poivre cooked perfectly. Wish this place was in our neighborhood at home. PS - try the roasted Brussels sprouts - a tasty appetizer!“

“Good food but seating options are limited. You order ahead and they have seating in the restaurant, no table service. If you want beer, stop by Express Lane first or run over while you wait for your order. Our kids enjoyed writing on the tabletop with the chalk hey leave on the tables.Smooth guacamole is really smooth, like sour cream smooth. The chunky guac is chunky and full of avocado, tomato, cilantro, lime and onion. Taco sauce is on the mild side and the salsa is sweet.“

“Stopped in here yesterday for a late lunch. What a treat. Beer was cold, margarita was delicious, and food was awesome with large portions. Burrito Bowl is the best. Our waitress, Leisa B, was the highlight of the adventure. Friendly, funny, and enhanced our experience. Try this place out, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back soon.“

“Visited this place last evening on our way back from Montreal. We were very pleased to find a fine dinining, halal, Indian restaurant right off I-87 S, 22 mins away from Canadian border. The ambiance was very pleasing and the staff was friendly. We reached 30 mins before the closing and they were kind enough to serve us. They serve buffet + ala carte. The buffet is has large variety, is delicious and value for $$. For a chai lover, it wasnt a disappointing moment. I mean where would you get chai, lassi, kheer, pudding, mango pulp all in a buffet. Shahi paneer and chicken Vindaloo were star of the show! Its my must visit now onwards enroute Montreal“
