“first timer here: i’m sitting in your parking lot rn and i’m pleased you actually stirred my iced latte instead of giving me warm espresso on the bottom, syrup sticking to the edges of the cup, and cold milk on top. so many dunkin’ donuts do this and it drives me crazy. BUT YALL ARE SUPERIOR. KEEP MIXING PPLS ICED DRINKS PROPERLY LADIES???“

“Great employee served me today im not a fan of tapioca pearls i like the bubble tea with liquid flavor in the pearls but if you like tapioca pearls this is a perfect place for you. “You know, America really runs on donuts, and the ones here are quite good! My absolute favorites are the crème donuts and the Boston cream. But I must say, the coffee is a bit too bitter for my taste. I found it impossible to drink black coffee without adding some syrup, sugar, or milk but i recommend 3:7 is good . A little splash of half-and-half helped a bit, though. The service at this location is always very nice; the ladies are really sweet and welcome you with a smile. If you are in the area, definitely worth stopping by for the donuts!“

“Friendly service, but they are always so overwhelmed. There's always a crazy line and often only one person working the line. I feel bad for them because they're always nice regardless but yeah there's often a crazy wait time and you can't order ahead at this location.“

They were way understaffed, but one of their employees who was off duty stepped up and helped them get through the rush! It was good to see that level of service, this happened in the afternoon
