“We went for the first time (Colchester location) today. Bagel sandwich was very good & staff were great. My only suggestion is in regard to the two milkshakes we ordered. Both were less milkshake and more thick milk. Possibly we caught them on an off day, but not sure I would order another milkshake. Other than the milkshakes, I would recommend & we will be back.“

“For context; I've lived 8 minutes away from this location over the past 30 years. My review is mostly based between the time of 2018-2025.

The staff, managers, and owner are very nice. They also take pride in the Mcdonalds franchise experience. Out of most locations in this state, this still is the best one by far.

I will mention that around noon, pretty much every business in milton and georgia might grab food here, resulting in long wait times. But the food is always fresh, and has a sense of quality in their meal. Fries are always hot; never redunked and they know plastic straws are still part of the peak customer experience.

I suggest going here outside of The Noon-1pm timeframe if you want your food really quickly. Even when busy, they never drop the ball.“

“This is a family friendly place where you can see your existing friends or meet new friends on the spot, which will happen when you are there, it's a truly friendly kind of place. can't be beat. Not to mention, the food is off the charts, and many selections.“

“From what I could gather, they have a few products.They receive and ship I brought in a load of they call powder.I could be hot cocoa.I don't know, but I had nineteen palettes.And they unloaded me a couple hours early, so very nice people keep the bathroom clean inside and keep the outside.Nice and clean.Also I do not think they have overnight parking here, but there's rest areas on the highways.I was in and out in a couple of hours can't complain“

“Such a sweet cafe - everything is made in house. The kaiser roll was so good, soft and fluffy and fresh! The staff are warm and kind! There's a covered patio space out front to enjoy the weather or curl up inside with a book! First time here, will absolutely be returning. Parking is a dream considering its right in Essex!“

“Order from here almost every day with my caramel ribbon crunch! Recently have started visiting through their drive through, and a wonderful gentleman named Jacob has assisted us each time. He’s so upbeat every time we come through and our brief interactions truly add another level to our coffee experience! “I ordered a coffee on the Dunkin’ app and forgot to add caramel, so the coffee only had almond milk in it. The lady at the Dunkin’ counter was so kind and helpful to kindly add the caramel for me even when I made the mistake to forget to add it to my order. “While the food and coffee is always average at best I found the charmy atmosphere quite appealing. I also noted that only one worker was there handling it all while their manager wouldn't come and help. That young lady named Sam was so amazing and polite, I felt so bad for her being treated that way.“

“I’m a frequent flyer at this bagel shop! The FOH Gals are kind and very hardworking! The BOH team make incredible bagels. There is always a line which indicates a fabulous product, but service is so fantastic, I’m in and out in no time. The only thing that could be improved upon is perhaps a designated place to wait for bagels. It can be a bit awkward and uncomfortable to tower over folks while they enjoy their food.

Essentially no notes! They’re even opening up a location in Williston! I love to see excellence expand!“
