“Today is 03/23/24 HUGE SNOW STORM and I was starving driving myself home from work. I stopped to get a cheeseburger...it was evident that they were short staffed. The lady in front of me ordered the entire menu and then placed another order behind it...I got to the window to pay and the man that greeted me was kind, professional and I received THE BEST FOOD IVE HAD FROM THIS LOCATION...IT LOOKED LIKE THERE WAS ONLY 2 OF THEM...THEY ROCK AND THEY COULD EASILY BE YOUR GREATEST EMPLOYEES, BUT I TRULY HOPE THEY WERE SHOWN AN EXTRA ACT OF KINDESS FROM THE RESTAURANT FOR SHOWING UP TODAY AND DOING A PHENOMENAL JOB...KUDOS JOB WELL DONE.“
“They usually have my order done perfectly! I do switch up monthly to maybe every other depending on when they switch their flavors and what diet I'm following. I do love their new breakfast taco, which I've gotten almost every day with my black iced butter pecan coffee. It's been so good each time besides today! I was super annoyed to bite into cold eggs! It was actually enough to gross me out that I don't think I'll order that for a while. Maybe because it was after 3:00! Do y'all do like a shift change around then? I'll have to make sure i stick to my normal like noontime. Other than that y'all kill it.“
“Awesome for delivery! Got here a day early and they took me no problem. Let me finish my 10 on site. Super friendly and easy to deal with. Free coffee and breakfast bars! “Burlington Bagel is always great! The bagels are a staple for people to bring into work and the sandwiches have always been delicious. I have only had one instance in the years that I've been going here where the sandwich had a problem, but the staff resolved it without an issue!Bottom line, I'd recommend Burlington Bagel to anyone who asks and it's worth the wait in line when it's out the door!“
“I ordered a coffee on the Dunkin’ app and forgot to add caramel, so the coffee only had almond milk in it. The lady at the Dunkin’ counter was so kind and helpful to kindly add the caramel for me even when I made the mistake to forget to add it to my order. I really appreciate the kindness, and friendly customer service. Thank you!“
“Trying to find a Starbucks replacement closer to home and found out that Dunkin has really amped up their coffee offerings since the last time I visited one! Nice people and fast service if you get just a fancy coffee. Will visit again for sure.“
