Fast and easy to get my coffee here
This place has the nicest staff and the freshest donuts every single time.
While the food and coffee is always average at best I found the charmy atmosphere quite appealing. I also noted that only one worker was there handling it all while their manager wouldn't come and help. That young lady named Sam was so amazing and polite, I felt so bad for her being treated that way.
Dunkin' has good coffee and fast service, especially for fancy coffee drinks. Some locations are not very clean, and staff can be rude. However, there are standout employees like the manager who works efficiently during busy mornings and remembers customers' orders. With an improved coffee menu, Dunkin' is a convenient alternative to Starbucks for many customers.
