So disappointed to go through the drive thru at 8:45 on a Thursday night wanting a milkshake to be told their machine is down....when asked what is wrong with machine told we are done making milkshakes and cleaning it now so we don't have to clean it at closing.The high school student (I'm guessing) who was working only comment was i wish Zachary's did milkshakes . ..they close at 9 not midnight so not much sense in that 🤦♀

For context; I've lived 8 minutes away from this location over the past 30 years. My review is mostly based between the time of 2018-2025.
The staff, managers, and owner are very nice. They also take pride in the Mcdonalds franchise experience. Out of most locations in this state, this still is the best one by far.
